  1. My car was built yesterday !!! Etis updated today and the build date is 3/21/13. My current status is
  2. Check out this thread over at the Blue Oval Forum: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/52837-19-h-spoke-wheels-on-hybrid-titanium/
  3. I remember seeing 2 illuminated still plates on that site a few weeks ago, but looks like it's gone now. Maybe it didn't really exist, just a bad listing.
  4. I'll have to get used to being able to roll down my back windows! I've only had coupes so far, so never had to worry about which windows I open :)
  5. It depends. My dealer had two orders with my specs (one retail and one dealer stock). Once my retail order was scheduled, they cancelled the dealer stock order. Not sure why, but it could be because they wanted to use that allocation for something else. ConFusioned, congrats on your purchase! Never used a car cover, so I can't help there.

    Fill Ups

Have you had a chance to read these threads: http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/5808-topping-off-the-gas-fuel-gauge-issue/ and http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/6201-whats-the-most-gallons-youve-been-able-to-put-in-at-one-fill-up/? It seems like Ford has a healthy reserve when it says the tank is empty (about 2 gallons). 9.7 gallons is pretty low, but you weren't completely empty either :)
  7. Check out the Fuel Economy section of this forum. Driving a Hybrid is very different than driving a gas car. It takes patience, a light foot, careful planning and warm weather!
  8. Congrats! I'm glad to hear you were able to use the expired coupon!
  9. Nope, it's in production now. The build date got pushed to 3/22.
  10. Saw this Ford news article and thought of you: New Ford Fusion Minimizes Pollen and ā€˜Touchā€™ Allergens
  11. Have your dealer check for it in Vincent and tell you whether or not it applies to the Hybrid. It might still apply, even though the fine print in the e-mail version excludes hybrids. You might also get a printed copy when the brochure arrives, and the fine print might be different. BTW, I like that May 14th 2013 expiration date!
  12. We already have 2 threads on this topic: http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/6163-spare-tire-for-fusion-hybrid/ and http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/6045-replacing-patch-kit-with-spare-tire/ The answer to your question is in there. Hint: Mufasha bought the non-Hybrid Titanium spare and jack from a dealership, but I don't think he used it yet. When someone actually uses it, they'll report in there :)
  13. Expresspotato posted on the blue oval forums that the climate fan usage falls under "Other" instead of "Climate". This doesn't quite answer your question, but it's something to think about.
  14. Here is a picture of the Husky mats in a Fusion: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/51482-weathertech-floorliners-for-2013-fusion/?p=813774 Here are pics of the WeatherTech mats. They cover more than the Ford ones, but still leave a gap where you can see carpet next to the door. http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/52281-weathertech-liners-now-available/?p=827540
  15. Ouch, sorry to hear that :( Can you share some pics? How bar are they? Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question, but hoping to learn from your experience and avoid scratching mine ...
  16. Do you have heated seats? If you do, turn those on :)
  17. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="jeff_h" data-cid="46038" data-time="1363647764"><p> <br /> Looks like a SE Hybrid with that 'P0L' in the VIN, Titanium Hybrids have the 'P0R'<br /> <br /> Added below: Window sticker indicates SE Hybrid, looks like L. Cox didn't want his/her special order anymore...<br /> <br /> <a href='http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=3FA6P0LU5DR144532'>http://services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=3FA6P0LU5DR144532</a></p></blockquote> How do u see who the special order was for? I don't see any names on the sticker.
  18. Trust me, I'm refreshing these forums every 5 minutes! I even called Ford's customer service line to request a brochure :) Now :backtotopic:
  19. Sure, but isn't it already in the 70's in Cali? :) We're still dealing with 32* temps in SE MI ...
  20. Jeff's Energi SE & Ti and Hybrid Ti Google Docs spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4hPmV6eq_1HVkJmbFlXdVhFS3c/edit VIN Decoder - if you want to know what the numbers and letters in your VIN stand for: https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/vin_tools/default.asp This site has a summary on how to track your order - including a VIN look-up tool: http://researchmaniacs.com/Ford/TrackFactoryCarOrders.html And here's another thread that tries to summarize tracking methods - including rail tracking: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/52708-useful-resources-for-those-joining-the-ford-family/?hl=tracking Information on orders and allocation - I've seen a lot of people linking to this page: http://greenhybrid.com/discuss/f61/ford-dealer-discusses-orders-allocation-19747/
  21. My thoughts exactly ... unless the overall size of the 18" wheels on the gas and hybrids are different? Could the regenerative brakes have anything to do with it?
