  1. Nice, that's the third one on a dealer's lot :) This one was built on 2/8/13. Notice how the sticker shows the lower base price, but doesn't show the higher price for the options? Update: I just noticed that's only ONE HOUR away from me!
  2. From what I can tell, here are the prices increases: Driver Assist Packase: $1,000 to $1,140Moonroof: $895 to $995Active Park Assist: $795 to $895White Platinum tri-coat paint: $495 to $59518" luxury painted wheels: $495 to $595My VOC does say: "This is not an invoice. It provides tentative price information that would apply if the vehicle is produced to the specifications shown. Prices are subject to change without notice." So I sure hope they don't try and charge me the higher prices. That said, here's what was posted on the blue oval forum: But then fusion11 (GM at a Ford dealership) said: Also worth noting is that the base price dropped from $32,200 to $32,100, most likely to account for the exclusion of the Aluminum brake and accelerator pedal covers.
  3. You're right! That's only $7.16 higher than the actual price!
  4. My car (see signature) + All Weather Floor Mats, before the recent price increase: MSRP - $37,550.00Invoice - $35,167.84A/Z Plan - $33,787.84D plan - $33,887.84X Plan - $35,302.17The only thing not included is the premium floor mats and the color premium.

Congratulation! Your test was successful :)

  7. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="milleron" data-cid="45072" data-time="1362790362"><p> Got a VIN and a build date for my Titanium Hybrid a few days ago. It's scheduled for the week of March 25th with delivery to my dealer, in Ohio, around "early to mid-April."<br /> Does anyone have any insight into the margin of error to be expected with these estimates?</p></blockquote> That early to mid April estimate is made up by your dealer. Ford hasn't provided an ETA for any of these cars yet.
  8. Congrats! use this website: http://researchmaniacs.com/Ford/TrackFactoryCarOrders.html
  9. That's not a fix, it's a work-around. Why would the A/C kick in when it's freezing outside? I think this is a problem that Ford needs to address. The point of auto is "auto" climate control at all times. The point of remote start is to warm up the car when it's cold out. This isn't working as expected.
  10. Good advice for later this summer, but for now ... it's only 48F out there!
  11. So I just checked out the first Energi Titanium at my dealer :-) It arrived today and it wasn't prepped yet. The car is already sold to a lucky buyer so I couldn't drive it, but I got the key and was able to sit in it and take lots of pics. It has the buttons for lights/sunroof and it doesn't have the aluminum pedal covers. They have another one (also sold) coming in on the 10th - it's already in MI.
  12. Just going by what you posted around here :) Correct me if I'm wrong!
  13. I think Ford gave up on his case and are no longer looking into it. According to Ford, his car operates within the normal specs and there are no issues with it.
  14. Hey, I'm glad you're on the right track! It sounds like you'll get your car in late April/early May. I got my dealer code from my DORA also, but Ford chat couldn't use that to pull up the order. DORA lists it as 48F426 while the correct # (that Ford needs to look it up) is F48426. Giving the dealer name and city to Ford was all it took to get the correct dealer #.
  15. There's one more at a dealer in WA. The VIN is 3FA6P0RU0DR171855. I don't have the link to the dealership handy.
  16. Dealer stock are orders that were placed for the dealership to have on their lot and sell to people coming in.Retail orders are custom special orders for a customer.Your order (like mine) is most likely a retail order. The dealer can place an order a car for a customer as a dealer order if they want to (they entered a 2nd order with my specs as a dealer order).
  17. Many users with 18" wheels reported awesome MPGs, so the 18" wheels don't negatively impact MPGs. The improved handling that comes with the 18" wheels is worth any insignificant loss on MPGs.
  18. Ford is currently only building dealer stock orders. Production for retail orders starts on March 18th.
  19. I can only hope I'll be that lucky once I get my car! Here's my wish list: No alignment issues (inside and out)No paint issuesAluminum brake and accelerator pedal coversGreat MPGsCorrect Leather-wrapped shift knobWindows that open and close with one touch all the timeMFT with 3.5.1Straight, no wrinkles ceilingFuel tank that fills up all the way, all the timeNo wind noise at high speeds (70 MPH and higher)Good battery that doesn't cause error messages on my MFT and needs replacementI'm sure there's more, but that's what comes to mind right now :)
  20. During a 10 mile commute yesterday, I saw 7 (SEVEN !!!). They're everywhere now :( I think they were all gas models, but couldn't tell on most of them.
  21. Yeah, that seems to be the case with most dealers. I still stop by to check in on things and stare at the 30+ Fusions on the lot!
  22. I know the '10 can play DVDs, but I didn't think the '13 was able to - unless you're playing them through a DVD player hooked up to the A/V input.
