  1. I just tried it and was able to activate my free trial. No credit card was needed.
  2. Mine was built on March 21st, 2013 but the Ford Website doesn't show any recalls on it. Maybe I got lucky? I am starting to hear all kind of rattles in mine though: driver's side column, by the seat belt hook, driver's side door (it's not the plastic panel behind the handle, it's lower, but higher than the speaker), passenger side somewhere.
  3. Do you guys not have credit cards that offer virtual account numbers? My Citi card does, and they're great for promo offers like these! Did you sign up for this? Any catches? My offer is expired, but with summer just around the corner it might be worthwhile.
  4. Are those the Ford ones or after-market? I paid $80 for my set of 4 ...
  5. My mud flaps collect a TON OF SNOW. So much that it almost touches the rear wheels and when I turn, the front wheels rub against it... All this snow ends up on my garage floor.. booo!
  6. Got the mail today and guess what was in there! $20 for 5 months of service :) I guess this is as good as it's going to get, eh?
  7. Does this Customer Satisfaction Program only apply to the 2014 Fusions? My '13 HD radio cuts in and out - I wonder if there's a fix for that :)
  8. Do you guys have a phone charging while this is happening? I noticed my FM reception is worse if I have my phone plugged in. PS. I'm running 3.6.2.
  9. I like those options on the '14s! *** envy***
  10. The best offer to come back to Sirius was $25 for 6 months. That's only $1 more than hybridbear's $19.99 for 5 months offer (if it was 6 mo @ the same monthly rate).
  11. Just like the name of the OS in the movie "Her". Kinda cool, but creepy!
  12. The issue is with the bluetooth stack on 4.3. It was redesigned and it no longer supports streaming track and artist info. This was corrected in 4.4. That's one of the reason I like Nexus phones - Android updates for the phone as soon as they're released! As far as I know, Android never supported playing music over USB - only iPhones did that.
  13. LOL, Enjoying my Fusion, busy at work and having a kid :) I tried to keep up with the forum, but it was just too much.
  14. I just did my first oil change at 10k miles. The life monitor showed 2% and was yelling at me every time I turned the car on :)
  15. Nope, too long. Here are 2 pics of those blades installed. It's too long for the passenger's side and slightly longer than ideal on the driver's side: Passenger's side, 28" blade - too long Driver's side 28" blade - it's usable, but longer than the factory wiper
  16. The '14s have the same wipers as the '13s coming out of the factory. The problem is that you can't buy the exact same wiper blades from the dealers or anywhere else.
  17. I checked out some 2014's on the dealer's lot and they had the old style wipers.
  18. My dealer only sells the 26" and 28" (and other non-relevant sizes), but no 27". I tried both 26" and 28" and I ended up with the 28" on the driver's side and 26" on the passenger's side. On the driver's side the rubber piece reaches the top of the windshield, but doesn't touch the metal - perfect fit, if not a tiny bit too long. The 26" blade on the passenger's side seems to be a perfect fit. Wish my dealer had a 27" for the driver's side ...
  19. I just checked mine (Titanium) and have the same issue ... I select any POI category, it says Please Wait then it goes back to the categories. It also says more categories are available on the touch screen, but the touch screen doesn't change from whatever was displaying before.
  20. That feature depends on the phone, not carrier. The iPhone 5 and older can't reply, but I think the Galaxy phones can. Google Nexus phones can't.
  21. I would contact Ford on Twitter or FB and open a case with their customer service department. MFT has a 5 year warranty, and it includes updates. The most recent update is a DYI update - you just need a usb drive and a support.ford.com account. Most of us have done the update ourselves, but the dealers have done it as well. I guess your dealer just doesn't want to spend half an hour to stare at the MFT screen. You're better off doing it yourself, as you can drive the car somewhere while you do it, instead of having the car sit at the dealer burning gas.
  22. Sounds and looks pretty cool. I would like to see something like this in the US - but I guess we have Lincoln for that.
