  1. Same thing happens when I try and quote from my Nexus 4, using Chrome as the browser.
  2. I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!! I GOT MY VIN !!!
  3. AC uses power from the high voltage battery, so it'll deplete quicker and the ICE will kick in to charge it.
  4. Are you sure it also works for A plans? My coupon says "A/Z/D plan ineligible.
  5. Check the fine print on the coupon. Mine says "A/Z/D plans ineligible", so I can use it with X-plan.
  6. The fordpartner.com website shows a $500 on the SE and Titanium Hybrids. All other Fusions get $1,500 off.
  7. steveo, I just priced this for you with X-plan. It comes out to $32,882, which includes the destination charge of $795, but doesn't include the $500 rebate. Add your taxes, tags, docs and take out the $500 rebate. I think your out the door price might actually be better than X-plan, which is great!
  8. I heard about some problems with the battery on the C-max. Maybe some Fusions have the same problem? Check that your battery is the one that should be in the car before you go out buying a new one on your own.
  9. Not defending Ford or anything, but I think the '13 FFH is less efficient partly due to the new Li-Ion battery. It is affected by cold weather more than the old batteries and it's noticeable. Ford gambled by switching to these batteries and it's coming back to byte them in the a**. It's one of the risks a company has to take if they want to be on the bleeding edge of technology. A similar thing happened with Boeing and their Li-Ion batteries - they're now removing all of them from their planes. If this is what causes it, I'm not sure how I feel about it. I like when companies take risks and innovate, but I also hate it when I don't get what I paid for... Maybe those batteries were not ready for prime time, and Ford made the wrong decision in using them.
  10. I'd be interested to see those pictures, since the Titanium shouldn't have any cloth.

Welcome to the site Ken! Did you order the SE or Titanium Trim? The Titaniums will get scheduled this week, but if you got the SE that's another story :) The wait will be worth it!
  12. When I first test drove it, I would bump it and I didn't realize it was blinking 3 times then stop! Then I would bump it the other way (trying to stop it from blinking after 1-2 blinks) and now I just signaled that I'm turning both ways :) Gotta love it!
  13. More pics of the same car here: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/51500-shipping-eta-tbd/?p=834217 They're all posted by techtoys, who actually test drove it! He mentioned it was as expected, but it didn't have the aluminum gas/brake pedals and the Hybrid badge on rear.
  14. I'd say that's pretty close to the X-plan price, so yes, I would say it's a good deal :) You can make it even sweeter if you get Ford to send you one of those $750 coupons!
  15. So what happens if you bump-and-hold it in the Fusion? Doesn't it keep blinking like in the old cars?
  16. In the Fusion Hybrid? You're not supposed to tow anything with the FFH .. :headspin:
  17. Congrats! I'm glad things worked out for you. The deal you got is amazing! :)
  18. You can also do the same thing with the GPS Test app. It's mostly an app to test the GPS functions on your phone, but also shows the speed.
  19. I don't typically put a lot of pressure on it.. Can the warning be turned off?
  20. A salesman I was dealing with (didn't buy my car from him) went as far as to tell me the Fusion can sense how hard you hold/squeeze the steering wheel. I was like HAHA I'm not buying a Fusion from you :)

  22. Ford keeps saying the electric motor and gas engine work together to provide power, but from what I've seen around here it's one or the other.
