  1. I don't think it's the car as much as the driver ... My wife got 44 MPG the day we picked it up, going about 50-55 ...

  3. Hope so! My previous vehicle was a manual, so I had to get the "feel" of the car :) Can't properly change gears unless you know exactly what the engine is doing!
  4. I'll take it that you're talking from experience? lol :)
  5. I barely even notice it on mine. I thought it would bother me, but it really doesn't.
  6. Here's the site that sells the Dune and Charcoal sill plates. They seem to use the same picture for both. http://www.partscheap.com/Ford-Fusion-Interior-Accessories-s/522.htm
  7. I'm still learning how to drive mine .... Yesterday on the way home I got 33.6 on the highway (12 miles @ 70) and this morning I got 36.1 by taking back roads (12.3 miles, mostly 55, some city driving at 35). I'm finding it hard to go in EV at 55 MPH, unless I'm going downhill and don't need any power to keep the car moving. Going on a flat road, the power needed to keep the car going is more than the EV threshold, even with a 3/4 charged battery. It also doesn't seem to coast too much. Coming to a stop sign, I can pretty much let go of the gas pedal and it'll stop on it's own. I'm driving with the climate off, radio on. I'm trying to use cruise control, but I keep pushing the wrong buttons. I'm used to pushing the lane assist button to set the speed, not having to turn it on when I turn the car on and using the + button to resume speed. The Fusion is totally different, so I'll have to get used to it.
  8. You must have missed my posts then: http://fordfusionhybridforum.com/topic/6377-neods-hybrid-titanium/

    Moonroof buttons

Maybe that's why they changed them. See if your dealer can order the new buttons and replace them for you (for a price, of course).

    Moonroof buttons

From the album: Neod's Fusion Hybrid Titanium

In the Job 1 builds these used to be touch sensitive buttons, but with Job 2 they're physical buttons.
  12. The ICE Titanium never had it either :( Until someone posts a pic of a '13 Titanium with them, I'm sticking with this. All the gas Titaniums I drove/saw at the dealer didn't have them.
  13. I have no idea if the '10 mats fit the '13 - most likely they won't, unless you cut them. The mat you linked will not fit the '13 Hybrid because of the battery. The trunk also doesn't have that additional space to the sides by the rear of the car. I just chatted with Ford and they confirmed the Premium Floor Mats ($175) include a carpeted mat for the trunk. There are some pics of the premium mats either here or on BOF, but I don't remember if they showed the trunk mat.
  14. Yes, I tried the USB input and Android won't play music over USB (iPhones have a separate music track that most other phones don't). Since it's a Titanium, it doesn't have the 3.5mm input, just the A/V one. I would have to use a 3.5mm to RCA cable (I have one somewhere). Pandora itself might have also been the cause, phone was either on Wi-Fi (outside in the driveway) or T-Mobile's HSPA+/3G. I recently noticed that the 4G data speed at my house dropped, even though the phone shows it has full HSPA+ signal. My car was built 7 days after the date on the sticker, so yours should too. Good luck & thanks for the nice words :) !

    MPG Happy Talk

I guess it's time for me to start posting in this thread. About 45F outside, took a co-worked for a quick ride/demo around the block. Been going pretty slow, no CC, even floored it once! We sat in the car for a few minutes before we hit the road, so the engine warmed up a little and charged the battery. I didn't turn off the engine, so that time is included in this trip :)
  16. Love all the pics you took!!! Welcome to the forum :)
  17. Oh yeah, even before I picked up the car. Even pointed out the physical moonroof buttons (instead of touch sensitive). They're saying it's all Ford's decisions and they have nothing to do with it, lol.
  18. Looks like the 2014 order guide is available: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/53348-2014-ford-fusion-changes/?p=845555
  19. Not mine! They wouldn't budge on the X-Plan price. They even charged me the new, higher price and I'm going to have to wait 3 months for a damn refund! They did give me a free oil change, but it'll be 2 years by the time I have to use it (first one is free).
  20. Well, it looks like the order guide for the 2014 Fusion is available: http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/53348-2014-ford-fusion-changes/?p=845555
  21. Yup, though the Settings - Vehicle Ambient Lighting menu.
  22. It would be nice to be able to use it to update the software (instead of using a USB stick), update the maps (will never happen since they want their $) or download/update apps. Heck, I would be happy if it would use Wi-Fi to send the Vehicle Health Report to owner.ford.com instead of using up my minutes on my cell to do it.
  23. Congrats ! :) Here's to another 80!
