  1. Possible software bug? If you can easily repro it and you're within the 3yr/36k warranty, take it to a dealership. Maybe they'll find something.
  2. The only thing I can think of is that when you were on cruise control, if there was a bit of an incline causing the car to slow down, the cruise control would accelerate to compensate for the drop in speed. I don't use cruise control much so this is a guess.
  3. Do you have a part number? It's odd that it's not available for an 11 year old car. Call multiple dealers or do a Google search
  4. Does it brake now? Was it only a one time occurrence? How many miles do you have on it? I've never experienced this in my 2014 FFH
  5. Does the 2015 have Sync 3? If so, you've probably seen this: https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/sync/sync-3/sync-3-plus-android-auto/
  6. The last code is related to the hybrid PCM: https://www.autocodes.com/p1a0c_ford.html You've probably seen this but it's a good place to start diagnosing the problem. Worst case, you'll need a new PCM?
  7. What kind of phone do you have? It's worth testing this with another phone to isolate the issue to either SYNC or the phone. From your description, it sounds more like an issue with SYNC. I would recommend doing the point release updates because they always have bug fixes which may fix the issue you're seeing. Good luck!
  8. It's best to google the part # Is it this one? https://parts.lakelandford.com/p/Ford__/Automatic-Transmission-Oil-Pump-Assembly/75001125/DG9Z7P086J.html
  9. That button will 'lock' your car to its current speed when going downhill so that you don't have to ride the brakes. I forget what the feature is called but you can check on Ford's site. Hill start assist is separate and will activate automatically when you're on an incline. It'll prevent the car from rolling backwards when you release the brake on an incline.
  10. Which year is it? The right dash screen can be changed on the 2014 to phone, nav, AC control, etc. using the buttons on the steering wheel. The left screen can also be changed to include a digital temp gauge.
  11. Same here. Very similar situation except that I had to replace the 12v recently and only 70k miles. No paid repairs for me so far. Fingers crossed on the transmission.
  12. Here, it's just the weather. Not too hot and doesn't get cold much. It's not just the FFH. Many cars get 7 or 8 years from their 12v batteries. Heat is one of the biggest battery killers.
  13. Which wiring harness did they replace last year? Was it specific to the gas pedal?
  14. Do the lights go off automatically after some time or do they go off when you switch off the ignition and switch it on again? My guess is that if both, the airbag and the wrench lights are on at the same time, it's a wiring issue more than the actual gas pedal sensor. If the lights come on again, you may want to take it to another shop for a second opinion. Some mechanics are better than others when trying to diagnose a problem.
  15. Thanks for the update. Glad to know it was minor. I'm guessing the battery is under the hood for the 2010 models. For 2013 and later, it's in the trunk so no air intake involved.
  16. This sounds like your 'hill assist brakes' are kicking in randomly? I wonder if there's a way to turn it off and test.
  17. Good point. Probably not. I was thinking more about all the random codes. I hope it's not a bad ECU
  18. Hi Rafael, How old is your 12v battery? Sometimes, it could be as simple as a bad battery.
  19. Howdy Fusioners! 2 days ago, the wife called from a parking lot and said that the Fusion had a number of lights on on the dashboard (traction, check engine, etc.) The backup camera wouldn't work either. I drove there and found that with my key, only the CEL was on. I pulled the codes and got a P0463. Found this on the forum: I reset the code to see if it comes back and it hasn't yet. My question: Has anyone had experience with this issue and swapped out the pigtail connector? If so, is it easy to do at home or should I take it in? (assuming it happens again) Thanks!
  20. That's really good. I would replace it preemptively if I were you. That way, you won't have any surprises and you're good for another 8 years.
  21. The gas engine should have kicked in. I usually don't like idling but sometimes, you need to cool off a bit. In my experience, the gas engine has kicked in when the battery level gets low. You may want to test this at home so that you don't have to experience it in the field.
  22. You should take it back to where you had the work done. There's always some warranty and they should correct whatever was done wrong.
  23. My SE has this feature. Haven't used it much but it definitely works. Maybe there's an enable/disable setting in the LCD panel to the left of the speedometer
