So after a few weeks everything is getting together to do all the work on my car. Im guessing it will take atleast 2 days if not 3. Does anyone know if the a-pillar molding on the fusion is one time use like the MKZ? They got tons of work to do on my car when I drop it off just to catch up on some "build quality" issues. On the plus side, out of all the different dealerships ive worked with in the past from many manufactures.. I will say its the best dealership ive come across. And for those who may have lost track of me.. I had the "glue" stains on my headliner and I found some other issues on other parts of the car but there getting it all together.

I completely agree with this one. But it doesnt note that if the SOC is pretty high it will give you elec assist to lower the battery so on your next stop you will get as much regen as you can.

If they had the fusion diesel here I bet you alot of people here would jump ship. The MPG in the city is around the same, the highway is better. Instant torque like the hybrid. Just no sneaking around.

Richard, a few things I did on mine to get it up from 32mpg when I first got it. Ride around and get a pretty good state of charge, go into a parking lot and put it in park with the AC off and hold the gas pedal to the floor. When it says it has stopped charging your good. The reset didnt help me none and others have mixed reviews. Im pretty sure forcing a full charge at a stop makes the car realize how much can be stored in the battery. I also found my car had 30.5psi in the tires but you already put yours at 37. Bump it up to 39.5, Max cold pressure is 44 and that leaves alot of room for the PSI to go up when the tires warm up (if they do in your current weather conditions) Final thing, how many GAS miles do you have on the car? I found after 1500 gas miles my mpg got a little better. On a side note I lost a front tire to a sidewall nail and replaced both my fronts with another brand tire thats rated at 54psi max cold. Ive read with this particular tire at 46psi is the best road contact from non ice conditons. I dont know what tires your car came with but you may be able to find the best non-ice psi for stability and daily driving. Best of luck and remember your titanium has some extra weight compared to the regular SE's you see alot of on here. I would guess a TI vs standard SE is about the same weight difference as my car is from the TI (MKZh) I will steadily get around 3mpg less just because of that. I didnt read the whole thing to see what else you said. But on the highway what speed do you go? Also when you take off do you take off slow or with traffic?

Commenting on this because it looks like were getting a passat tdi sel... So theres gonna be a MKZh and a passat tdi in the family. Who knows, in a few years I may trade the lincoln for a passat when the new one comes out if they give the options I want. Or i can just trade it for the other one whenever i want the diesel lol. It doesn't list it but I don't see that being a big enough deal enough have complained about to get it noted. Being it's in the same module and the windows forget and u gotta reset them it possible everything that module does gets randomly forgotten.

The module tsb for the window up down issue also updates some software for the ambient lighting. maybe its saved in its memory and not the MFT. it does loose the window settings after all

A diesel actually get around 40-44mpg in the city. Look up what people actually get with the VW tdis.

They can but not here.. After I found out it couldn't I kinda wished I would have checked out the 328d. May still in a year or 2.

Unless your doing alot of daytime desert driving at full throttle I dont see that being an issue.

We had a rental a year ago that had 4 bald tires, 130k miles. and with the ac on it was making all kinds of horrible grinding noises. Not to mention a clunking shock because the mount bushing was smashed out. Dont rent enterprise. There cheapo for a reason.

Knowing a bunch of people with expensive audis. The audi s7 gets around 26mpg on the hwy doing 70-75. Which for what it is IMO is really good. Havent heard numbers for the s8 but i believe its near the same, maybe one or 2 lower. R8, unusable unless you have the 14 with the dual clutch. The "slam clutch" single disc in the 13-prior will throw you around like leaves in wind. Check out the lamborghini aventador in traffic on the highway videos on youtube. old R8 has basicly the same transmission.

If i was going to get one id get the 6speed manual in the passat tdi. I dont even have to bother to do anything as my first 2 cars were manuals. Its just 2nd nature.

I like this little cover on the mkz. Also the fact the MKZ has a juice holder too. Mine does stay open tho as my phone rides around in there.

no idea than.. i can set cruise at 70mph with no wind at all and im lucky to get 41mpg. Thats reseting the computer once im upto speed and at a decent SOC.

Are you in the hills? Because that seems to be of major benefit.

I still say there is. In the city I may get better MPG. Didnt have alot of city driving prior. Highway is down though for sure.

Havent even seen one but my guess is that first one is presold and they wouldnt let you drive it. Unless its a demo for them to make orders from.

I got the same DROID maxx without issue
