  1. Whenever I have used the Works, the dealer just takes the rebate savings off of the price. I have yet to have to mail-in for it
  2. and Hershey bars and marshmallow fluff and sugar.
  3. Here in the States it's being sent FedEx 2-day service.
  4. Ya, 8 pounds of fudge goes a long way.
  5. I gave mine a whole tin of fudge last Christmas. They are still talking about it. It helps that it had about a cup of amaretto in it.
  6. After returning from a 2100 mile trip I now have 17,350 miles on the 2013 FFH and 44.8 MPG.
  7. I drive the FFH every week, to the same location, to get pizza and EV+ kicks in. It also recognizes my house, the post office, where my wife works and the local shopping center.. The local Ford dealer used to be on the list.
  8. I didn't need to sign for either one of mine.
  9. Better yet.Ask the dealer for the invoice and the X Plan price is printed on the bottom.
  10. Is that the rim people are having paint peeling issues with?
  11. I found both of mine on ebay.
  12. That is because the car in the picture has adaptive cruise control. The sensor is behind the plastic piece on the right.
  13. We were in Nashville and our son wanted to buy a kayak. I didn't think it would fit, but we tried anyway. Not enough room in the opening with the rear seats down. We returned later with this GMC HD 2500 turbo diesel. It fit with room to spare. :)
  14. I tried putting a 10' kayak into mine this last Monday - no such luck.
  15. Back from the dealer. The claim has been submitted through Ford (they are an authorized tire dealer) to Michelin. Dealer seemed to think it would be covered as there was no puncture...just a blown out sidewall.
  16. I just returned for a 2,300 mile trip with the FFH. About 40 miles into my trip, on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I had a major blowout on the right rear @ 4AM. This is a 17" Michelin LRR tire. I called for Ford Roadside Assistance and they refused to respond. To be fair neither would AAA. Turns out the only assistance available are the ones that the Turnpike Authority has "contracted" with. I'm so happy that I got rid of the "Tire Mobility Kit" and bought the spare tire package so I was on my way after putting my spare on. When I followed up with Ford Roadside Assistance. They said they might have reimbursed by any costs I incurred. The State Farm safety vehicle driver said the PA Turnpike will not allow him to assist in tire changes. They are very limited in what they can do to help. BTW...44.4 MPG for the entire trip with major mountains and mostly limited access highway use at 70 MPH and AC use most of the way.
  17. The upgrade was done the week after it was announced. I'm aware of the seasonal differences. I took delivery on 12/4/2012.
  18. Not in my case. When the update was done in my car I started noticing increased mileage. I live in PA. Lots of hills and then mountains when I travel. Right now I'm at 44.6.
  19. I'd like to have one for myself. I asked my wife about trading cars for a while....that didn't go so well.
  20. Going on 18 months and 18,000 miles...no rattles or buzzes. I've had what I call 2 "build quality" issues with the FFH since I've owned it. Trunk alignment and loose trim on the outside passenger window. I've owned many new cars, including Mercedes, Lincoln and a Cadillac. I had far more build quality issues with each one of those cars and all were taken care of by the dealers....just like Ford. Expresspotato, those of us who have been on the forms since before the 2013 Fusions started rolling of the assembly lines remember your incessant rants about the issues you had with pricing and finally getting your car. I suggest your continued displeasure with your car is tainted by your initial experience. Just get rid of the car and get something you think you will be happy with. It's just not worth your aggravation.
  21. Much of this depends on the amount of "feed back" you have your navigation set for. If you say, "CLIMATE", then "72 degrees" it is supposed to affirm what you spoke. Try reducing the amount of feed back you want and you will see a difference. It's in the navigation settings.
  22. A fried of mine whose name starts with D and has a 10/28 build car has received a check. Keep in mind and consider the numbers of cars sold and the very few numbers of people who post on here. I have no idea if this has anything to do with it, but we both bought A-Z Plan.
  23. Yea, we did crazy things back then...like naming your car and painting the name on the rear quarter panels. I had a 50 Ford stick shift and reversed the shifter to the left side of the column. The gear pattern was reversed and you didn't have to worry about anyone driving your car.
  24. I'm at the top of the alphabet and my build date for the FFH was 11/12.
