I went to the dealer closest to the dealer that denied the coupon and they had no problem and sold the wipers. I buy A-Z Plan (employee pricing) and one time I was told by a dealer that they would not honor Ford employee pricing. They are not under obligation to do so. I just avoid that dealer like the plague. I've even steered potential customers away from them. I'm happy the dealer sold to you at X-Plan pricing. They were certainly under no obligation to do so.

I showed the dealer the documented Tire Rack price and the dealer said nope. Hell, I had a coupon from Ford for windshield wipers and the dealer refused to sell them to me for the coupon price. Ford has no control over dealer pricing. They can even refuse to sell cars at employee pricing. This is a high volume large dealership.

I put the P-7s on my 2013 MKZh at 28000. The Michelins were terrible and actually coming apart. I had noticed my mileage going down and after replacement it started to rise again. I think it is due to the tires as the driving temps were the same. I found the best price at Tire Rack. The Ford dealer refused to match Tire Rack's price.

What was your build date? Mine was 11/12 and I had it done before I sold it. I'm still waiting or the power steering rack to be included in a 2010 Fusion I owned. Make sure you hang on to your invoice.

I had a situation the other week with my MKZh on the turnpike. I was traveling along at 70 MPH with the ACC set at the 2nd level. A car came up behind me very fast, passed me and cut back in lane really fast. He immediately braked hard and my ACC immediately kicked in and my car was really breaking hard and the collision warning came on. Turned out there was a cop car on the side o the road. Glad I had the option as I'm not sure I could have reacted that fast and I used to race open wheeled cars and I was a Police Officer with a lot of defensive driving experience.

Set your lane keeping to it's most sensitive position and try it again.

Every sync update I've tried to report on the Ford Owner site has not gone through. I've always had to use Explorer. When I called Ford Customer Service they even told me this.

I don't know what web browser you use, but the Ford/Lincoln site is not Firefox friendly. I couldn't update until I used Explorer.

The update I downloaded from Ford was actually missing two files and wouldn't run. The file I downloaded from IRA worked perfectly. My 2013 MKZh still shows no update. It had 3.6.2. I think Ford is just wrong on this.

The repairing of your phone(s) and having to reinstall your wallpaper is normal. I upgraded both of my cars and didn't experience any issues with navigation.

You can do that with a cell phone without the car connection. Our phones have 4g with a connection for mobile hot spot and my wife is on her IPad mini for most of the 400 mile trip. People on the back seat can also connect. We can have up to 6 devices connected at the same time. It works - we tested it.

You are exacrly right. I downloaded the 3.8.2 from the Ford Owner site that was still active for my 2015 Escape, eventhough I don't own it anymore. I tried to update my 13 MKZh and it wouldn't take. I took a look at IraF's post and downloaded his dropbox file for the sync update and found that the owner site download has omitted 2 files. I used IraF's download and it worked perfectly on my MKZh. Mission accomplised....thanks to IraF. The computer genius at Ford needs to go back to school.

The site shows no update for my 2013 MKZh, but shows there is an update for my 2015 Escape (that I no longer own) with a build date of 5/15. This seems pretty hit and miss.

"This update is for all MFT/MLT vehicles, and includes all improvements from previous updates (such as version 3.7 for those of you that it wasn't available for)." This apparently is not the case. My Ford Owner account says my vehicle is up to date.

Go to this link https://www.etis.ford.com/ Then click on the vehicle icon at the top left and then put in your vin. It will bring up your vehicle and click on the additional information link and a box will drop down with the information. Even this is not 100% accurate. I suggest going to your dealers parts department. Give them your VIN and they can run an actual build sheet for your vehcile that will be accurate.

I live in a very dense tree lined city. Siruis always droped off during the free trial.
