Did you order the premium care? Which one covers the NAV system and such? Below is the info I found, I was sorta looking at the $850 for 72/60,000 option with a $50 delectable. I'll be interested to see what the resale value of the FFH is. I tend to keep cars 2-3 years. This car has won more awards and head nods then I can count.

I understand that and that was the gist of my letter. I said my 2 year old Garmin that uses Navteq maps too has roads that aren't on my 2010 car maps. Ford tells me to talk to Navteq and Navteq tells me to talk to Ford. No one seems to have a clue whats going on, so I'm skipping right to the top (I hope).

I sent a 2 page complaint letter to Ford's CEO (snail mail) regarding the map updates and maps in general (old data on a 2010 car) this was almost 2 weeks ago, and no response yet. Next one I'm sending will be certified mail so I know they got it.

Ya seriously, I think they are taking their sweet time because its more money for them, so when it comes time to renew I'm going to bring up the fact I'm paying for a full account already.

Prior to Sirius I had XM for 8 years (2 cars and 1 portable receiver) and both the quality and signal was 100x better. if I go under the tiniest bridge with my it cuts out.

My Clean Special Fuel License plate came in the mail today, can't wait to go on the HOV lane now by myself. I always see a lot of Prius and a few Camry's but I've yet to see a FFH in it.

Its started to get warm in VA this week, (well warm I mean 45-50ish) compared to the 15-20 its been for the last month or so and I've noticed my MPG have gone up a good 5-8. I usually was hovering around 34-35 and now I'm hovering around 41-42

Is there 2 tax credits? One for buying the Hybrid and then one for purchasing a new car between before Dec 29th 2009 because of the 09 Stimulus package?

Speaking of the Sirius subscription anyone notice the Gas prices are wrong? I went to a station today, Travel Link said it was 2.70, I got there and it was 2.78. I can see it being 1 or 2 cents off but 8 cents? Where are they getting this data from?

I swore I'd never buy another first year model after my Mini Cooper Convertible that leak every time it rained and it took them 100000+ times to fix it. Though I took the plunge with the FFH. Unfortunately that is the nature of the game with new models, we are partly guinea pigs.

What is everyone using to clean the inside of their Fusion, I'm guessing there is about 2 - 3 different material types (not including the leather seats) I've noticed some dirt smudges here and there and I'd like to clean them.

Any way to increase the volume when playing/watching a DVD in their NAV ststen? I have to turn the volume to almost max to have a decent listening experience. And if I forget to change it back before going back to radio/mp3/phone I'll go deaf its so loud.

I dunno, something is definitely different. Went out driving today didn't come on, even when stopped at stop lights. I turned off the Climate control and then it started working again. Turned back on the climate control and it went back to using gas again. Its been cold around here for the last 3 months this just started happening after the big snow storm.

As of tonight the battery was listed as fully charged. I just hit 1060 miles.

So I got in my car today, ( I keep it in the garage) and the gas engine started up right away, I put the car in reverse and felt a big jolt/thud. I headed over to the grocery store about 1 1/2 miles away. The Electronic Motor never came on at all, got some groceries and headed over to my friends house to watch football, no electric motor either. Headed home and the electric motor finally went on while I pulled into my development. It was not to cold out, I'd say it was about 50 degrees out went I first left and around 41 on my way home. Any ideas?

So I just had my 2nd tank fill up ever, this time I took my tank down to 41 miles to empty. I never saw the color of the fuel left on the indicator change to bright yellow, its the same color (a light yellow) from full to when I made my fill-up. Has anyone seen this ever change color?

The Ford Sync Traffic/Direction thing is free for 3 years not the Travel Link, you can only have Travel Link if you have the NAV system.

I don't mind it either. On my previous car (G6 Convertible) I couldn't even tell it was on.

In the NAV manual there is a cool screen on the Nav System called Power and Efficiency, it list bunch of stuff like the dash does including a few other items. It says its only available on the SUV models. While I realize some of this stuff would be redundant I think it would be cool to have that on the NAV system too, so passengers and check out whats going on while your driving rather then looking over your shoulder.

The inner geek in me was wondering this too. Like we can do software updates to Sync, would Ford actually do updates to the Fusion software? They know it works, would they want to try to optimize stuff? Would they take a risk of totally borking something that already works? I think it would be awesome if somehow they had a software update that could optimize how the battery works or add additional display information.

I'm pretty annoyed with XM/Sirius right now and I'm a shareholder. They keep stating their systems are not compatible, I had an XM mutli-radio discount prior to my FFH. When I got the FFH I went from XM to Sirius (though I like XM better) but they won't give you the mutli radio discount because they are not on the same system which is BS. Its the same damn company. XM usually is pretty good with giving you a really nice deal, I don't know about Sirirus yet, I still got 4 months of my trial left, I did get something in the mail telling me to call for the best rates though.

Nothing annoys me more then having a car with a dealer logo on it. I just paid XXXX amount for a car, I'm not doing it to advertise (already technically doing that for ford). If the dealership wants me to drive a car around with their logo/name, I expect some sort of compensation.
