Hi ceilidhdog, Per your Owner Manual, the high voltage battery is cooled by cabin air pulled into the high voltage battery through vents in the rear package tray. Avoid placing objects on the package tray which could block air flow through the vents. Have a great trip! Meagan

Great question, smr2112. I recommend reaching out to your dealer for specifications on the emissions testing, as well as the other recalls. Keep me in the loop with what you find out. Meagan

Hi guys, If the area around the mirror is dirty, the rain sensor is very sensitive and the wipers may operate if dirt, mist, or insects hit the windshield. You can find more information about the rain sensor on page 66 of your Owner Manual. Here's the 2013 for lesjoh and the 2014 (page 68) for Va2014HyTi. Meagan

Hi guys, I just heard back from my sources. As that information is proprietary, I'm unable to provide it. It's recommended that you use the same as what was originally equipped, unless a TSB/FSA updated it, which your dealer would be able to determine. Meagan

It sounds like it's time to make an appointment at your dealership, GrayStrider. Once they've had the chance to look things over, I'll be able to investigate some options to assist. Keep me in the loop. Crystal -
