Check is in the mail

Recommended Posts

FedEx delivered my $775 check last Friday. Our 2013 FFH SE was built June 22, 2013, and we bought it Sept. 18, 2013. I'm planning to use part of the money for a spare wheel and tire, jack, etc.

Strange how they are distributing the checks, mine was built May and delivered June 4th. No check yet. I sure could use it for a down payment on a used Freestyle.

I factory ordered my FFH in December 2012, took delivery in Feb 2013, got my $775 check via FedEx on Friday. No signature required, they just dropped it in the mail slot in my front door.

I'm thinking of using some of the money to put LED DRLs on mine, anybody have any suggestions where to bring it?

LOL!!

You haven't even spent $775 in gas yet!

Boy, once again, us early adopters have sure suffered so you new owners can benefit.

I have a 11/21/12 car and like some other early FFH owners have spent that much just going back and forth to the Dealer to get things put right.

Woe is me....

:)

4400 miles at 42.8 mpg lifetime is just over 100 gallons. Yea, I am making out!

So it looks like it covers both the 13 & 14 model year so I should get two since I have one of each. I got one today maybe another tomorrow:)

Now if they'll just fix the damn MFT/Sync stuff I'd be that much happier.

My check arrived today and not a moment too soon. Have to have a new rear tire as I managed to get a 4 inch gash in the driver rear tire on the way home this afternoon. Sat for 4 hours waiting for the tow truck to tow the car to the Ford dealer who will hopefully fit 2 new rear tire tomorrow. Now need to buy a spare as the tire plug kit, which I successfully used once before was no match for this gapping hole. Now off to search out the thread for the spare wheel.

I hope mine comes soon. I planned to use it to pay off the balance on our wedding bands, which would be one less bill to hit when all the other ones come due in the middle of September.

Does anyone know if 14B03 will drop off of etis once the check is delivered?

Just got the email notification from Fed Ex delivery manager. My delivery from Livonia MI will be here Wednesday. Come on Wednesday. Daddy needs a new 3 gun shotgun!

Looks like my new SLP shotgun will be getting 400 break in rounds put thru it on Saturday.

Unfortunately a necessary but not so fun way to spend this money.

Well hopefully mine comes soon, then I can restock my savings account, used it for the down payment on that Freestyle today. This also got me into a credit union so next time around I can get low interest loans in a blink, and not go through banks. 1.8% for 24 months, it will go fast.

Indeed it is. Think I have found a spare wheel online, just waiting on the seller to confirm it matches the spec's that GrySql put together. Do hope so, don't want to have to spend 4 hours waiting for a suitable tow truck to arrive next time. The first arrived after 90 minutes but was only equipped to do a front end lift, as the flat was on the rear I needed a 4 wheel lift or a flat loader. Eventually after another 2.5 hours a front loader with a dolly for the rear arrived. With two new tires ( 21K on the originals so replacing the passenger side at the same time) and getting a spare going to spend half of the FMC check within 24 hours of it arriving.

maybe Ford is holding yours til last because of all the fuss over the BD! LOL

PS: Ford should have put you first on the list based on allm the agony youn went through and we all know it was a Ford problem and not you.
