I'm having a hard time discerning the pattern in the FFH checks. We've had reports of both first & second owners of cars receiving checks in the past week, all over the country, all over the build dates. Have they only been 2013 FFH owners getting checks so far? Have any 2014 FFH owners received their checks yet?

I'm going to lobby for a satisfaction check to cure my dissatisfaction with being so late in getting my satisfaction check for a Dec '12 build and Jan '13 delivery. Really bummed out!

Ours is a 2014 FFH bought November 2013 and we receive the check this past week. I noticed another in this thread also getting a check and having taken delivery November 2013.

I question it since neither of us have received a check on cars bought in 2012.

I periodically get mildly concerned too. Especially since we've decided that $1050 of the $1550 total is going to buy some new furniture and the other $500 is going on the car loan. I already took the $500 from the first check for the car loan and my wife wants to buy the furniture item we're looking at now before the sale ends unexpectedly. So, whenever I start to worry about the second check coming I just reread that paragraph from the Ford MPG Label webpage and then I calm down. If we get to September 25th and we still haven't received the second check then I'll start getting anxious. Right now I just count myself fortunate to have received one check already.

 

It also frustrates me that we can't find an apparent pattern to how Ford is mailing out the FFH checks.

I haven't received either check, so you can see how I am getting anxious, you got your second car well after I got mine.

I got my $775.00 check today for my 2013 FFH that I bought used, My girlfriend received two checks for the two 2013 C max's that she bought used; her first C max was totaled in an accident.

Boy, once again, us early adopters have sure suffered so you new owners can benefit.

I have a 11/21/12 car and like some other early FFH owners have spent that much just going back and forth to the Dealer to get things put right.

Woe is me....

Have you seen the latest Ford press release? It basically says the remaining checks are being placed on hold pending the outcome of several class action lawsuits, many of which were brought by early adopters of the FFH. Sorry if that has any effect on any of y'all! ;)
