Seeing other 2013 Fusions

Pepper construction must have a whole fleet of Fusions I saw two today in Barrington and another two. They are really coming out now.

I've been spotting quite a few in the past few months, but rarely a hybrid. Saw a white hybrid today!!

Driving around Katy last evening, a grey FFH was behind me on some back roads. Not 1 minute later I was on I-10 getting passed by a white FFH.

Still don't think I've seen another 13 Hybrid. I have seen plenty of gas versions and a few older model hybrids, but none like me.

I'm seeing more and more on the road here and there.. mostly white.. and a few other colors.. but I have only seen one other hybrid down here...

At first I thought CC took the day off and went to the park by my office, then noticed it wasnt a Hybrid.

Well, I saw a Ruby Red Hybrid yesterday in Downtown Naperville (Suburbs of Chicago) parking garage. It was not Ti but man it looked so damn good in that Exterior color with tinted windows.

I hope my Sterling grey Metallic would look equally good if not better. Does anyone in the forum have grey exterior Fusion ?

 

I came across the New Dark Side Exterior color which are new on Fusion, Taurus & Explorer.

The first pic is blocked by my Sheriff's decal and my "95 Express" sticker (hybrids can travel the express toll lanes for free!)

The second pic was taken at 65mph, probably would be clearer if I wasn't driving alone and had to take the pic myself!

Yesterday saw 2 different Ruby Red Fusions, one SE and one Hybrid. I posted the first one yesterday.

 

I doubt this person is getting good MPG, drove like a maniac and used very little braking.

Well hope they don't come here and say how they don't understand why their MPG stinks -- we've got acdii as an eye-witness on his/her driving.

acdii showed me the pic yesterday since he thought it could have been me and I saw the same thing.

Since this a left turn lane I would guess that turn signal is just off in this very moment.

Turn signal, happened to snap as it blinked off. Both lights worked since I was chasing that car down for about 5 miles. No matter where I was, I could not get next to it or behind it. Like I said, she drove(at least I think it was a she) like a nut. There was also a older FFH that was Atlantis green with the same dealer badges as the one I had traded and was trying to get up to it to see if it was our old car.

I always wonder when I see a twin to a car I had traded in if it was my old one. Never did find out on any of them.

Saw my first ET today. Tuxedo Black, looked just like mine but had the Energi badges and that goofy looking circle on the fender. The LED ring around it doesn't blend well and kind of spoils the looks. Not as noticeable on lighter colored cars, but stands out on the black.

Finally saw a Bordeaux Reserve today, it looks much darker and more purple in person. I also saw a TB and a Silver one. I thought another was coming up on me, but I realized it was a Focus Electric as it got close. Similar front end look.

In the right light and angle, the BR looks almost black and sometimes blue. It changes color on me sometimes.

I get many comments on the Bordeaux Reserve on my FFH. The color is ever changing in the sunlight. I get very few comments on the Ruby Red on my MKZh.

 

The neighbors, from a few doors down, walked over one day to look at the FFH. They had about an hours worth of questions and then I offered them a test drive. The next day they ordered a BR FFH.

Other than the silver, ginger ale and gray, all the colors on the Fusion are awesome. Both whites, the TB, DIB, BR and RR are outstanding colors in their own way.

I saw my first other FFH on the road in Minnesota today that wasn't parked at a hotel lol a BR FFH SE, it drove down the street while I was walking to work this morning

I guy in my neighborhood has a FFH the same color as mine, but it's just a basic SE model. Mine is loaded and looks better anyway... :)
