Does anybody know where one might find a repair/maintenance manual for the 2010-2012 FFH? Haynes and Chilton do not have one.

My daughter recently purchased a 2010 FFH. Great car and a great deal ($3,650 with 150,000 miles and some cosmetic paint damage). I am an avid shade tree mechanic and enjoy learning about different vehicles. I'm in the process of performing the 150K mile maintenance and am having trouble finding out how to drain and replace the hybrid system coolant. I've purchased the AllDataDIY subscription for this vehicle but it does not go into details on how to perform this maintenance action. Is it as simple as draining the hybrid drive radiator and poring in the new coolant into the hybrid drive coolant reservoir? Thanks! Bruce

Does anyone have any experience cleaning the engine bay beyond a wipe with a wet towel? I wipe down the plastic covers every now and then, but the rest of the engine hasn't been cleaned since getting the car. Aside from cover the electrical and HV components (the majority of the right side) with a plastic bag, anything else that needs to be done? My main concern is the plastic cover at the bottom of the engine, would that allow for enough water drainage?

Has anyone seen from their dealers how much Ford Corp is paying for the warranty work on our cars? I saw yesterday on the Service Advisors screen that so far my car has run up $700 in labor and $350 in parts for the existing work on this ticket which includes: axle replaced to try to fix cracking noise (failed repair), door trim panel replaced, leather gear shift knob replaced, gear shift knob fixed again since tech installed it wrong, parts ordered that were broken when tech took console apart to fix his error, adjusting the left rear door that was rubbing on frame. And there's more that they're doing right now but this was the amount the computer showed when I dropped the car off Monday. This doesn't include the 4 different times they've given us a rental while fixing these issues for a total of about 10-12 days in the rental car. I guess we're really getting our money's worth out of this warranty...

Does anyone change oil, pads and rotors or clean filters etc on ffh13? please post images. I liked to change my own full syn oil would love to know on jack locations under the car safe to do that. Not a big fan of semi syn motorcraft oil. any concerns If I put Pennzoil full syn or Mobil version of same? please share your comments, experiences.

Can anybody clarify whether or not the Premium Maintenance Plan is part of Ford's ESP plans or something else that Ford sells for regular maintenance not covered by std or extended warranty, like oil change, etc... If the latter, is that worth buying?
