Just got the email notification from Fed Ex delivery manager. My delivery from Livonia MI will be here Wednesday. Come on Wednesday. Daddy needs a new 3 gun shotgun! Looks like my new SLP shotgun will be getting 400 break in rounds put thru it on Saturday.

My last tank average was 55.2 The current one is a 59.7.

Approx 12,300 miles. Lifetime MPG, 52.1. My fill ups are usually within .2, or less, of what the trip meter says I've used.

I would call customer service and see if you're listed as the owner of that VIN.

I called the visa corporation direct before I rented the car that was hit. They explained the coverage. After the accident I called them also. It was visa that covered the cost, not the issuing company. They were easy to work with, but the requirements for them to pay made me jump thru some hoops. They did all the negotiations with the rental company. They would have cut me the check to pay the rental company but I would have been in my own with the dv and loss of use stuff. It was a pain. One more thing to consider. If you make a claim on your insurance, will your insurance company jack your rates up when you renew??

My lifetime clicked up to 52.1 today. I'm hoping I get to 53 by next year.

I had someone back into a rental car when I was in Albuquerque. The guy just drove away. I found it the next morning. My Visa card and insurance company paid the tab. But it took 7 months. I had to jump a bunch of hoops with the insurance company to get them to pay my deductible. The credit card company said they never pay the loss of use. As for DV the credit card company called bs on that one also. They negotiated the price they wanted to pay. And that was that. As I said, I paid nothing out of pocket. But the experience was something I never want to repeat. I now always take the CDW insurance. This way if the car is stolen, someone hits it, or Godzilla steps on it, I have nothing to worry about. I grab my bags and walk away.

Texasota, you must live in or travel to bad areas. Out of all the folks I know with hybrids, well over 25 people, none have had their cars vandalized.

But don't you think it will be dead give away, even without the emblems, when you pull away from a stop light and they can't hear an engine running? I get that from folks when I pull out of a parking spot. They stop me and tell me my engine is not running. Even had a guy tell me my car must have stalled because he couldn't hear it running as I pulled up to a stoplight.

Good deal kuzzi. Besides my 3 gun interest, I plan on taking a couple of hunting trips this year. I have my eye on a weatherby mark V in 270. So the rebate will help finance the SLP and some of this other stuff.

I hope they batch the group that my car is in soon. I have a new SLP shotgun on order and this would be a great way to help pay some of the cost.

Mine was picked up exactly a year ago today. Other than a few minor things, no problems. I'm very happy with the way the car runs and the mileage I'm getting.

Try deleting the phone from Sync and Sync from the phone. Then repair. Let us know what happens.

Been running 87 with up to 10% ethanol since the car was new. I find the cheapest gas I can. My lifetime is 52mpg. So running 100% 87 or higher will not gain you anything. You can 100% in my area, but the price is over 4.30 a gallon. Not worth it, IMO.

I had mine go off yesterday. Again a vehicle turning right. He slowed rapidly and I got within 40 feet of him when the alert went off.
