1. Oh no!!! Glad you're OK. The car will get fixed ... I'm not sure if it's bad or good that it's not your 2013. On one side it's a brand new car, so you don't want any accidents in it and on the other it gives you crappy mileage, so who cares :-p
2. Yes, but it's basically free in Michigan. Our energy company, DTE offers a $2,500 incentive for installing a level 2 car charger. http://www.dteenergy.com/residentialCustomers/productsPrograms/electricVehicles/getReady.html Oh, and I miscalculated the tax credit and was $250 off. The difference is $2,719 ...
3. I'm pretty sure that's correct. The X-plan site also shows these same incentives. BTW, with the Energi getting $1k more in incentives, it almost makes sense to upgrade. The price difference is only $2,970 after the federal tax credit and it would take about 10 years to recover by using electricity instead of gas (not taking into account the price of electricity).
4. What's the expiration date on that coupon and what phone # did you call? I found 1-800-392-3673 for Ford United States vehicle questions and 1-888-856-2653 for the marketing dept (on the build tool).
5. Maybe it's time to trade it in ... You will lose some $ on it, but this car will never make you happy.
6. Can you take some pictures? What don't you like about them? I am considering buying them from A 2 Z truck stuff for the same price.
7. I agree. My dealer also said the ordering guide is the only reliable source and that we shouldn't trust brochures...
8. How long did it take to get the coupon? Is this a different way of requesting it than the Ford.com http://www.ford.com/brochures/ ?
9. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="jeff_h" data-cid="40606" data-time="1358121973">

They are both leather seats, I looked at the different patterns, sat in the leather seat in the SE hybrid and that was plenty comfy for me... if the Titanium one is better, I don't think I have the discerning butt to feel a difference as the SE seats felt great.

I'm guessing it's one of those things you can only notice if you sit in both cars for a long period of time. I'd be happy with either one, but they are different.
10. And I believe the remote start remote on the Titanium is integrated with the key fob. It's a separate remote if you add remote start to the SE.
11. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="jeff_h" data-cid="40579" data-time="1358099963">
I took all of the options and wrote them side by side, and the below was the difference between my SE order with the Technology Pkg/Reverse Sensing and the Titanium

Doesn't the Titanium also have sport seats, unavailable on other trims?
12. Wait, is it all fixed now? Last I heard they replaced your plug and sent you home. It would be great if that actually helped.
13. Awesome! Just plain awesome :hyper:
14. The compatibility document doesn't show whether the iPhone 5 will charge over USB, but previous versions do charge. The iPad will definitely not charge as it requires more juice. http://www.nsapp.fordtechservice.dealerconnection.com/sync/usEN/sync_us_EN_iop_2_00.pdf
15. My dealer surprised me yesterday and re-ordered my car as a stock order. I guess they're testing our your theory with my car :) I now have 2 orders and will get the one that gets here first. The retail one was ordered on November 19th '12 and the stock one this week. The race is on!
16. Do you know if we can get the cash rebate even if we finance and not paying cash for the car?
