Following the links to download the new post 3.7 update gives me this error. http://support.ford.com/tools/account/update-center?referrcodes=ERR_INVALID_SOFTWARE_URL&success=false&error=0.6854381059495289 On my MacBook Pro I have tried with Safari, Firefox and Chrome resulting in the same error after clicking the Start Download button. Update: 10-07-2014 @ 8:14 am the problem still exists with attempting to download. I get followup emails from syncinfo@ford.com asking me to confirm my completed update so the system thinks my download worked. I have tried Windows 8, Windows 7 and iMac, with Safari, IE, Chrome, and Firefox on different internet connections. This morning the entire support.ford.com site appeared to be down.
