Just got the call... You must have some kind of ESPN or something.. 'cause that's exactly what they said!! Take delivery tomorrow afternoon. Pretty pumped atm!!!

First normal day commute, around 32 degrees this morning and sat for 15-20 minutes waiting for my co-worker, so that sucked some gas running the HVAC while waiting, ended with 31.4 MPG and the morning commute is normally a bit worse on the MPG.

 

Afternoon drive was better, 61 mile commute with display saying 44.5 MPG (from what others have said, display tends to be a tad optimistic)... which gives the average for both halves of the commute as 37.95. I can live with that for the car that has just passed 200 miles, time will tell.

Got my windows done this morning. Took forever (3 hrs.) 'cause he didn't have the plotter file until 20 minutes before he finished. Next cust. should take under 1 hr.

We're twins!!! How did the windows come out? If you don't mind.. about how much was it?

Did they do a good job? Where did you take it?

What tint did you get? Not sure what is legal in TX.

 

BTW, Carol was great yesterday. She was still trying to figure out how to get you the 750 coupon when i was in her office :)

I got the minimum transmission legal in TX for the front, matched on the rear too to look even, then asked for rear window to "look" like the others. The price at Lone Star for the five windows was $143. A small shop I asked for quote earlier wanted 159. I decided having everything I can get coming through the dealer is good. Yeah, I like Carol a lot. It would be fine if she could figure out the rebate. I also get $50 fuel card for your referal. The windows look fine to me, Llumar film, lifetime warranty. Actually there are nine windows!
