  1. Evringham - Thanks for post. Do you leave the FFH key in the ACC position when towing?
  2. Hi - I just had the SMI Duo "Stay-in-Play" supplemental braking system added to my 2014 FFH SE, pulling behind my Jayco Class A (on a Ford drivetrain), and wondering if anyone else has the DUO installed and we can compare notes? Thank you, McGarrett
  3. Hi - Does anyone know what is being reset when activating the "Restore Hybrid Vehicle Default Values" on the "Vehicle"? This is the same menu that contains "Clear MyKeys", "language", "Units" and "Brake Coach" on or off. Thank you, McGarrett
  4. SiriusXM sent me a 6 month free Internet streaming offer and I just enabled it. Worth doing.
  5. Last week my dealer said that an update to Sync MyTouch is to be released by end of June with many fixes to the issues we all are having. Keep your fingers crossed.

  7. Don't know where they are in Florida. I've seen about 5 and I am looking.
  8. Just finished a 250 mile Sunday drive about 1/2 back roads and 1/2 highway. I am blown away by the fact I could go 70 MPH on the Interstate and average 40 MPH. A little Eco Cruise and manual accelerator action and 6 gallons of gas later and I am thrilled!
  9. I'm on Day 7 and just finishing first tank of gas. Seem to be able to get 40+ MPG on my HyTi early on the day but notice that on the way home in PM the A/C really makes a negative impact (I'm in Florida) and it takes several minutes of driving on gas for the batteries to charge enough to give me both cool air and EV. Sound right veteran owners?

  11. I'd agree the Nav is the weakest feature of the whole MyTouch experience. Probably need to experiment with the route options. I'd like the map zoom and pan to work a whole bunch better!
  12. I waited 16 months! Well, that's when I heard about the 2013 FFH and started my journey of research, comparison, and ordering. The last step was done in January and my HyTi arrived this week and was DELIVERED Friday. So far I'm loving it and am able to average 40+ MPG. Patience makes the arrival all the more sweet.
  13. I'm wondering if it would be smarter to lease or buy my new Fusion when it arrives in April? Equity, payments, realized gas savings, taxes etc. are NOT the considerations as pointed out in most "Lease or Buy" sites. Here are the considerations I'm hoping this community will weigh in on: With all due respect to Ford, this is a new vehicle and 36 to 48 months from now, there is NO question technology will have changed, and in a resale this wonderful new 2013 FFH may look "old" and 47 (or so) MPG may be less impressive. Part of me says it would be great not to have a car payment (through paying cash), but on the other hand, I should would like to have the ability to slide into a new 2016 or 2017 FFH (which may even have a body style change) without having the worry of disposing of the depreciated 2013. My previous experiences with imports are that those manufacturers incent owners to stay with them at the end of a lease, either by flipping them into a new similar model with no penalty on the lease and/or fees to stay with the make. Is Ford good with encouraging their customers to stay with them at the end of a lease? Do any of you have experience with previous Hybrids (Prius?) and how they hold their value? Thanks for your help. I think this will be a good discussion for all of us considering options to pay for our new FFHs.
  14. Ordered mind in January. My understanding is the Titanium Hybrids started production w/o Feb 28th. I have a VIN and a production date w/o 3/25.
  15. 3 weeks ago when I ordered I was told 8-10 weeks 1 week ago I was told that production hadn't started yet Earlier this week I emailed a Ford exec who confirmed production on the Titaniums hadn't started yet. I remain patient.
