Darkside Report post Posted November 26, 2014 It's fun to brag about how good our vehicles have done, I think my best was a 45.3 calculated out as the dash guess is all over the place compared to real world math. The worst I have recorded and I'm not really sure why was 31.67. Not meaning to start a war here, just curious what others have seen? Thanks
Texasota Report post Posted November 26, 2014 My worst was 41.25 MPG (actual, not trip) on 10/10/2014. The next tank is likely to be worse with winter having arrived in Minnesota.

GrySql Report post Posted November 27, 2014 My worst was 9 mpg in my old '73 Mustang Grande. Oh wait.. you meant on the hybrid? Um... 35 mpg last winter, I think. :)Yeah, my motorhome's in the '70's & 80's, my '82 4x4 F-350 towing a trailer - yeow... The worst I've recorded was a northbound 400 mile stretch in the center of CA, 90F weather into a headwind that had sustained 20-40mph winds. That tank got 27mpg.My brother was traveling with me in his VW Golf TDI and got the same. The average for that 2000 mile trip was 37mpg.

mwr Report post Posted December 28, 2014 (edited) Of five fillups that counterd for calculatong mpg, the lowest was 41.6 which included about 100 miles at 70 mph and then a lot of rainy (and cooler) weather. The other four fillups were about 45 mpg, a few tenths plus and minus.. Edited December 28, 2014 by mwr
