billford Report post Posted September 2, 2014 It does not really tell you if the cargo mat is just for the lower part of the trunk or if it extends to the upper part of the high voltage battery area. Who's going to be the first to buy one and post some pictures? I like the headlight film, http://www.weathertech.com/ford/2014/fusion/lampgard/lg-trim/hybrid-titanium/

Griswald Report post Posted September 4, 2014 I emailed them yesterday and got this response: Thank you for your interest in MacNeil Automotive. The cargo liner for the Fusion Hybrid just covers the smaller recessed area in front of the shelf. Please let us know if you have further questions and we will be happy to help. Best regards, Derek MacNeil Automotive 1.800.441.6287 Won't be buying one...

The upper shelf on mine is covered with a pocket storage tray that fits across the entire shelf and holds all my things that would otherwise be rolling around. To date have never run into an issue with not enough trunk space.
Griswald Report post Posted September 4, 2014 Just heard back as to why they didn't make it full size. Their molding system has a depth limit that the shelf exceeds. acdii, guess you have never had 8 bags of mulch in your trunk or 3 rolls of sod? Talk about a mess to clean up! Griswald Report post Posted September 4, 2014 My tarp slid out from on the shelf while I was loading the sod and dirt got on the carpet. The mulch filtered itself down into the spare tire well and you'd be amazed how so little dirt and mulch can cover so much area!
jtbogus Report post Posted September 10, 2014 Update, got the new mat today, put it right into the trunk. It fits like a glove and covers all the space below the batteries and up the sides an inch and a half or so. Seems a little lighter than the floor mats, but that's probably because it's really not that big. Waited a long time for them to design it, but I like it, I think I'll keep it. TonyHzNV Report post Posted December 26, 2014 (edited) Just what I've been looking for! As far as I know, Ford still doesn't make one for the hybrid like they do the gas models. Gonna get one ASAP! Thanks, acdii for starting this thread and hikyuuri for the pics. Update: got the trunk mat yesterday 1/2/15. Perfect fit, well made, worth the money to protect your cargo area.
