jeffo65 Report post Posted December 31, 2013 Yesterday I was messing around with the settings screens on our MFT and came across an option for "Install Applications". When selecting it, it gives me two options, one for viewing versions and the other for installing applications. Does anyone have any information on this? Is this for AppLink or something else? acdii Report post Posted January 1, 2014 Future options. Some day hopefully, Ford will have Applink for MFT and this will be where you would use the apps. ThanksHi jeffo65, The two SYNC applications that are available for MyFord Touch systems are 911 Assist and Vehicle Health Report. Although most software updates are triggered once the USB is plugged in, this INSTALL APPLICATIONS button can be used to trigger the download process if it wasn't done automatically.
