That's awesome and the pic is fine! You are in my old stomping grounds. I spent my school years there until I was 22 then I move to TN. Lived in SJC, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills. Had a lot of fun but I love where I live now!

That works, but if you're on a computer click the picture icon and paste the URL there. It'll make the pic show up in your post, not just the link.

Yeow, you are a warrior! That is some very intense traffic for a 'commute'.

I'm in those areas off and on, the FFH seems to make the drive easier.

I have another story to tell but more on the scary side.

 

During one of our stops I went to McD to get some refreshments and my wife wanted to change our son (20 months) right there in the parking lot. The lady next to us was leaving so my wife closed the door and here is the scary part our son managed to get up and hit the lock button on the passenger door.

Now you might think no big deal I have the key but not really the car was still running! So the key was inside the car and with the doors looked.

Somehow my wife managed to tell him to pull the door handle to open the door. That all happened while I was getting a couple drinks at McD and luckily we avoided a crisis with our son being locked inside the car.

 

I also wanna thank you guys for being so interested in this blog and getting positive feedback makes me really happy to be part of this forum.

Yeah I made sure to change the code to something I can easily remember immediately, because I'm paranoid about being locked out of the car (let alone with a child inside!). My Jetta used to randomly lock after a certain amount of time if the doors were closed and I still don't know if it had a pattern or reason, it was too inconsistent. I've turned all that stuff off on the Fusion but I'm still very wary about it.

I was being silly :) Yeah the 10 gets really good numbers on and off the highway, the other one even at 55 couldnt do what you did, made me jealous. LOL

Scary! The HyTi does have the number keypad to unlock the doors, right? We use that all the time to lock and unlock the car. Often if I need to go get something from the car at home I don't bother to carry my key, I just use the keypad. My wife does the same when she doesn't want to dig her key out of the bottom of her purse

Sometimes too smart for his age; he even managed to unlock the pass code on my wife's iPhone; I have to say it was just 1111 but still after we changed it again to an actual sequence he complained that he could unlock the screen anymore ?

 

Edit. Cool quotes now work with the iPhone directly as well.

I have the keypad as well but didn't remembered or change the factory code which I should have done. ?

Did someone of the SoCal members just went to a Bank of America ATM drive thru.

We were at lunch in Simi Valley Cochran St and I saw two a TB and a DIB not 100% if they were hybrids.
