kirkster57 Report post Posted October 12, 2009 I need to get aftermarket wiper blades for my fusion hybrid. The ones that came with the car streak something terrible. I am going to go with the Rain-X Latitude, but need to know if they are the same sizes as the 2009 Fusion. Does anyone know? Thanks, Kirkster

If you would like to verify, simply measure the wipers on your Fusion with a measuring tape. And if the Motorcraft wipers on the car are streaking (and assuming your Fusion is only a few months old), it usually means they (and the windshield) could probably use a good cleaning. If you do not already know how, follow the instructions in the Owners Manual for cleaning the wiper blades. This will also extend their life. Good luck. :beerchug:

pacsai Report post Posted October 12, 2009 Kirkster, Check the warranty; I believe that Ford will replace the wipers (blades?) for the first year. Kim
smr2112 Report post Posted October 13, 2009 My OEM blades work like crap after 2 months. Why is they, I cleanedthem and everything. I upgraded to Valeo Ultimate 900 and they seem great so far,fit perfect - for 2010 FFH - 24" + 19" is correct. Should do better with snowand ice in winter as it is made of mostly plastic/rubber - nometal structure to ice up. Perfectly smooth and quiet. http://www.valeowipersusa.com/index.asp?pgid=19 Amazon sells them or Tirerack. If somebody got the Rain-X,i had fit issues with them on a different car (no locking cap). How did they do on the FFH?
