tx_traveler Report post Posted August 14, 2009 Since I got my 2010 Fusion Hybrid I have wanted a concise list of all SYNC commands. I checked the syncmyride website and only saw a simple quick reference card with few commands. I went thru the manual and created my own. I also found it useful to include the full list of POI categories for the NAV system. I've found several useful commands that I didn't know existed! Now that I've created it, I thought others might want to use it. It's attached here. syncCommands.pdf Please post any corrections or suggestions in this thread. 3 hybridbear, musicmafia and TonyPSchaefer reacted to this

ptsmith24 Report post Posted November 23, 2009 Thank-you very much. Why hasn't Ford or MS posted sucha a list? Not sure if that same list is there, but there are guides here: http://www.fordvehicles.com/innovation/sync/?brand=flm

Gandalv Report post Posted July 18, 2010 (edited) Nearly one year later and this is the most concise list I was able to find anywhere on the internet. This should be provided at the point of sale. A sincere thank you for taking the time to put this together and post it. I am going to put it out on the web so others may find it without having to sign up (Not that I mind since I am the new owner of a 2010 Fusion Sport). Respectfully, Gandalv Edited July 18, 2010 by Gandalv

drocpsu Report post Posted September 3, 2010 this list is fantastic. I've owned my Fusion for about 2 days and have been trying to find something like this because I couldn't figure out how to get some of the commands to work.

I'm gonna be ordering a 2012 Mustang (the order guide just came out today), and I was desperately searching to see what I can do with the "current generation" sync (ie. not the new myford touch version). Your file confirmed my hopes - that I can control the climate control by voice. For some reason no one mentions this at all... and I think it's got to be one of the coolest features - when your voice makes a physical change like changing temperature or air speed. Thanks!! rpreuss Report post Posted February 4, 2011 Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to compile this so efficiently too!I'm amazed Ford hadn't done it first, thanks! Ah, those are only the "official" commands. Try saying "I'm hungry" and see what happens. There are more too. :hysterical2: 1 Toz reacted to this
murkish Report post Posted February 11, 2011 Does anyone know a voice command that will take you back to the "HOME" screen on the nav panel? I am tired of having to reach over and hit the little house in the bottom left corner when I am on the radio screen and want to go back to the "HOME" screen. Thanks,Jack

JimArch Report post Posted June 12, 2013 Bump, does anyone know voice commands that will take your screen to the HOME screen, or are you always touching the screen to get there? Related question, can you move the screen from the HOME screen to the CLIMATE screen with just a voice command, or does this alo take a physical touch to the screen? Thanks. Related question, can you move the screen from the HOME screen to the CLIMATE screen with just a voice command, or does this alo take a physical touch to the screen? Thanks.I'm pretty sure that moving between screens (either one of the 4 corners or home) requires touches. Voice commands can be used to perform actions within those sections, not to navigate between them.
acdii Report post Posted June 12, 2013 Same goes for the steering wheel buttons, only the dash display changes. Would be nice to be able to switch the screen as well when using the wheel button. 2 JimArch and corncobs reacted to this
