The owner's manual says "vehicles towed to an authorized dealer within 35 miles (56.3 kilometers) of the disablement location or to the nearest authorized dealer. If a member requests to be towed to an authorized dealer more than 35 miles (56.3 kilometers) from the disablement location, the member shall be responsible for any mileage costs in excess of 35 miles (56.3 kilometers)." If the closest dealer is more than 35 miles away, is the tow free or paid-over-35-miles?

Through these great forum threads I learned that some dealers are passing the increased price of Fusion Hybrids to buyers at the time of pick up. I contacted my dealership to ensure they will not do this. My sales person assured me this won't happen and once more committed to the price we negotiated at the time of order. And he documented that commitment on email. Having said that he also mentioned that "You will have some optional Items presented to you, and if you are interested, you can take advantage of those". He has been very honest so far, but didn't volunteer any details on what those options items are. ESP is an obvious one. Wondering if those of you who already have picked up your cars at the dealer could throw some light into what additional items the dealers will try to sell you. Also, Is roadside assistance included in the std warranty offered by Ford, or would that be one of those extra things they will try to sell? Thanks!
