  1. It had 15,200. It was a fine car. Don't remember the longterm mileage .
  2. Today I traded my Fusion for a 2012 Camry XLE Hybrid. Nothing wrong withe Fusion, It was a trouble free car. Just wanted a change.
  3. What arguement? I never said you had to put CDs in there. My point was that they will fit. A standard 51/2"x 413/16" CD case fits in mine. If you do a search you'll find that over the last two years more than one owner has mentioned that they thought the reason for the slot was CD storage.
  4. And when's the last time anyone has put gloves in it?
  5. This will take some getting used to. I never knew my glovebox door closed outward.
  6. I got mine from Sportwing.com in September 2009. The color matched perfectly and I've had no problems with them. A body shop installed them for me. I've used their moldings on three cars.
  7. IMO Rain- X is crap. It leaves a film which is very hard to get off when you want a very clean windshield. Of course opinons are like noses, everyone has one.
  8. Inthe past you simply took/pulled the wiper arm off the post and put it back where you wanted it. If the dealer won't do this a windshield replacement shop should know if it can be done or do it for you. My passenger side is about 1/8" above the mark and the driver's side is right on it.
  9. The reading won't be accurate the minute you start the car. The car usually takes a few minutes to read the temperature. Leave the auto alone, don't change it to heat because it won't warm up any faster in heat instead of auto.
  10. Okay y'all don't turn on your wipers until it starts raining. lol
  11. AFAIK they should be at the same level. I've always set mine that way and the instructions in the OM say to set at the same level.
  12. I'm glad we don't have that season here.
  13. The page numbers I listed were from the 2011 Hybrid manual, I didn't think about the non-hybrid being different. Bad mistake. Sorry about that. Look on pages 43,45,46, and 50 in the 2011 non-hybrid OM ist printing. Info is also on page 72 of the 2011 Navigation supplement printing 2.
  14. If you don't have navigation,, look at paragraph 8 on page 68 of the OM. It's explained there. See HVAC controls diagram on page 67 and find the #8 button. If you have navigation, the control location is explained on page 72.
  15. If you go to a Camry Hybrid forum you'll find discussions about their 12V batteries dying too.
  16. I guess by now you've taken the problem to the dealer, a body shop or a locksmith and have a solution. Please post what you found.
  17. Instructions are on pages 250-254 of your OM. You jump start it the same as any car except for one item I've never seen before. You are to turn on the heater fan in both cars to prevent electrical surges.. If the battery is disconnected there is acomputer relearning procedure that is needed after reconnecting the battery. I've never had mine jumped but did have the battery replaced. .
  18. This sounds no worse than having a dead battery on a non-hybrid that won't start the car because the battery wasn't charged. . The article doesn't say how the car was driven or what condition the 12v battery was in. I don't think anyone on this forum has reported a similar problem.
  19. I finally gave up waiting on an e-mail reply and called Steeda. It won't fit a hybrid.
  20. Mine have kept the body panels looking good.
  21. I wonder if the bar will fit my car. I think it may not clear the coolant reservoir for the transmission. I've sent Steeda three e-mails asking if it will fit and they haven't bothered to reply. I guess sometimes their customer service isn't too good.
