  1. Which is exactly the purpose of the fog lights... Depends on whether you are after function or style. Yellowish lighting is far superior in hazy/foggy weather due to the way our eyes react to the color spectrum. Ages ago, I lived in a very tropical country which had constant fog and rain. Even the headlamps were yellow--by law. Replacing my fogs with yellow bulbs is exactly what I want to do.
  2. Y'all... I really do like my Fusion Hybrid. Honestly. A marvelous car with quality and great gasoline mileage, but its dash console is so durned busy. Reviewers have said that, and so have some of us here. But, the new Buick Regal has outdone the Fusion on a very busy console. I really would be a bit anxious when navigating through all the controls at 70 mph. Image is from this Motor Trend article. 2009 LA Autoshow:

Can't recall where you ordered from. Do you have the link of the vendor?
  4. I have yet to find that thing, along with the passenger fuse box, and the little red button. ;>) In spite of all the messages stating where these are.
  5. This might be it: http://www.mpt.org/motorweek/goss/2914.shtml
  6. Looks great... nice appearance. I'd be concerned about one bad hit with a pot hole with those 18s, though.
  7. They don't make them for the Ford Fusion.
  8. Doesn't quite sound like it, but I wonder if you had it in "L" by mistake. I frequently do that--not sure why.
  9. For reference, my 4-cylinder Pontiac G5 warning would come on at about 7500 miles. Since the FFH's ICE isn't quite as active, I find it interesting in a positive way that the mileage is "predictably" higher on its oil life. Surely, all the manufacturers are using the same oil-life formula for the monitor.
  10. Well, yeah---true. I mean, I could hit as low as 5 MPG first starting out of the driveway, and as high as 60+ mpg when letting up on the accelerator at highway speeds.
  11. Excellent photos.....!!!!! You wouldn't have a real link to the product? There are: "8,441 results found" for xenonwholesale88.
  12. This is NOT an electric car.... Level, non-hilly road.... not stop 'n go, stop 'n go............ I'd guess about 1 1/2 minutes at 45 mph. I think that is pretty close. At 55 mph on a thirty minute ride, minimal hills, you should easily hit the mid 40s. With hills, you should get high 30s, low 40s. If you really nurse the accelerator while going 55 mph, you could hit the low 50s. On a comical note, there is one hilly main road with a long and gentle decline, but punctuated with a lot of traffic signals. On a very rare day, I hit almost every traffic signal green............ nearly every one. The end result is that I traveled about four miles on this road at the traffic flow of 35 mph or so. HA! My gas mileage on the gauge was about 95 MPG! Oh, if this was only typical!
  13. Dealer visit for 3 and 4, mainly for the inability to turn off the climate system for 4. 20 - 25 mpg is bizarre. I live in a very hilly area and with the temperatures in the 30s, I rarely dip below 33 mpg. But I think heavy acceleration as a chronic routine could dip the MPG into the low 20s (going by a very long and unusually quick ascending and high hilly road I have to get on).
  14. Yes I have and I'm sorry you are going through all of this. I wish I could help. I would never want to have your dealer. But, I stand by my post.
  15. Probably why GM has it with a dealer enable/disable option.... ah well.
