support.ford.com is... not good.

Logged into http://support.ford.comjust now to check the latest Sync version for both my Fusions. It's slow to load (but it's been slow every time I've logged in), however, the most irritating part is the frequency and number of broken links/errors. I just got sent to http://www.ford.com/help/sitemap/?error=true for the third time out of four links I've clicked. Hard to imagine such a website FAIL from such a major corporation.

Amusing that when I select my car, it displays as 2013 Fusion Hybrid SE Hybrid, while my wife's is shown as 2014 Fusion SE. Evidently, mine is twice the hybrid that her's is...

Thanks for the feedback. We had an increased number of users reporting similar issues with the website. Everything is back to normal now. Let me know if you're still receiving any error messages.

Thanks, Kim! The site does seem to work better now.

 

I got excited when I logged in and saw the attached...

 

Then, I realized that I had the "better" system - SYNC with MyFord Touch. You know, the one without available app integration. Thanks, Ford, for reminding me! :ohsnap:
