Griswald Report post Posted November 28, 2014 At 7800 miles, did my first oil change. Advanced Auto, buy 5 quart bottle Mobil 1 get a Mobil 1 filter free. Ended up with 0w-20 and a M1-102 filter for $35.99. Very easy oil change, about 12 T25 torx screws to remove the cover and a 15 mm socket. Filter came off easy but drained a long time. Most vehicles there is a little trickle, but this one had a lot of oil drain out. The old oil was fairly clean and did not smell burned. My oil change meter said 25%, and I think that is about right. One of the easiest and cleanest oil changes I have done in my 40+ years of doing them.
hybridbear Report post Posted November 28, 2014 Should be exactly the same as the detailed thread that Jeff put together with pics that's pinned.

md13ffhguy Report post Posted November 29, 2014 T25? 2013 uses T30...
Griswald Report post Posted November 29, 2014 Hmmm, the T25s felt a bit loose, but worked fine. They weren't very tight. A T27 might have been perfect...next time I will try a larger torx.
md13ffhguy Report post Posted November 29, 2014 They're only going into plastic, so it might only take something close. Still, I believe the 2013 thread indicated T30 and that's what I used. I'm still probably a couple of months away from an oil change for my wife's 2014, and I'm too lazy to crawl under it to check now...
