VAuthor Report post Posted October 2, 2014 I have a 2013 Fusion. In the past few months, by airbag light would sporadically come on and usually go off witin minutes. For the past week, the light had been on continually. On Monday, Sept 27th, i stopped in my Ford dealer and asked about the light. At that time, the tecnician said that Ford recently put out a recall on this issue and we scheduled a service call for today, Oct 2nd. To make this story short, when I got to the dealership, Ford said they received new service guidance effective Oct 1st. As a precaution, Ford said my car should not be driven because there's the risk the airbags would not deploy. They gave me a loaner and estimated it would take about 30 days to get my car back! Has anyone else had this problem? Or can provide me more info on it? Thanks!
