I like it.

I loved my 2000 Expy AWD EB, had it 10 years and 168k miles, towed all kinds of things with it.

I sold it for over retail book because it was so clean.

 

If I needed another I'd get this new one.

Ford is making some darn nice cars now.

I was wondering how long it would take before they got the Expy updated to match the F150. Puzzled me for a bit when the F150 had the upgraded engines and the Expy still had the old school stuff. Maybe they wanted to get rid of inventory.

While the tried and true 5.4L running gear did their job there was room for improvement.

Had the Triton 5.4L in my first truck. Loved it.

I too had the 5.4 spark plug popper in a 01 F150. At least they fixed that issue in later years.

It's the perfect SUV for you and the family and the mpg's will compare with the Flex numbers because of the same running gear.

You can get a lot of R/C's in an Expy!
