Beer in trunk

Well toured the wineries in Watkins glen/finger lakes and beer leaked into my FFH's week old trunk. She will get a good cleaning Monday lol.

It only leaked a little bit. We filled a growler that wasnt sealed quite right. It's not too bad but still upset me a little

It's definitely a shame about the beer but I had this "luck" once with milk that's a terrible smell especially during the summer month.

I broke a 1/2 gallon of milk in my first car when I was 17 years old - I swear, I kept that car 2 years and it always smelled a little like sour milk :hammer_self:

I have a foam piece that fits two growlers and wedges in the thin part between the battery compartment and the back end. So far so good, no spillage!

David - even though you can't cry over spilled milk...in your case it's definitely okay to cry over spilled beer in your new car ;-)

Oh just imagine the look on the officers face when he pulls you over for going past the stop sign like we all do in these cars, and he smells that spilled beer.

 

Officer; Sir have you been drinking?

LOL that is awesome. I won't have that problem now though because I have her cleaned up good. :)
