I also tried putting some songs on a USB stick and it says that's unsupported as well.

 

Did you check to make sure that the USB stick is formatted as FAT32? I *think* (not sure, hopefully others can corroborate) it needs to have that format in order to play - at least that is the way that I had to format mine when doing Sync updates with the SyncMyRide web site.

Thanks Jeff_H. I'll look into that.

 

Edit: I reformatted the USB stick using FAT 32 & I put one album on there. It worked with Sync but the tracks were all out of order. Voice commands worked though so this could be a good start. If this works out, I could just buy a USB stick with a bigger storage capacity and put my songs on there. Thanks Jeff_H.
