B25Nut Report post Posted June 6, 2013 Since most people here refuse to give an indication of how old they are in their profile, here's a poll so that we can find out what age group the FFH is appealing to the most. I'm afraid it won't be accurate, since car owners 26-39 are usually too tied up with family to have time to participate in forums.
jeff_h Report post Posted June 6, 2013 I didn't refuse, put it in my info there somewhere. Remember those kids hanging out in the arcade in 1982's Fast Times at Ridgemont High? Yep that was me in the early 80s, once played a game for over 7 hours on a single quarter, used to live in those places - but ya gotta grow up sometime I guess. 4 hybridbear, acdii, dalesky and 1 other reacted to this
rico567 Report post Posted June 7, 2013 I never put anything in but the very basic info on forum profiles. Next year I'll move into the highest bracket. Interesting that (so far) most votes are for people my age. But, as was stated, there may be reasons having nothing to do with the actual age spread of FFH owners. lmp180psu Report post Posted June 7, 2013 33 in July. Never really thought I'd own a hybrid, but driving 18-20k/year, and the Fusion not being a typical Hybrid got me hooked lol. 1 hybridbear reacted to this
corncobs Report post Posted June 7, 2013 33 in July. Never really thought I'd own a hybrid, but driving 18-20k/year, and the Fusion not being a typical Hybrid got me hooked lol.Only 1 year older but same reason; IMO there is no better looking car out there without paying a few 10k more especially with the FE. 1 B25Nut reacted to this

jsolan Report post Posted June 7, 2013 My HyTi turned out to be a 30th birthday to myself. It wasn't planned, the timing just worked out that way. 33 in July. Never really thought I'd own a hybrid, but driving 18-20k/year, and the Fusion not being a typical Hybrid got me hooked lol. Cannot agree more with this statement. I drive a lot in mountains to visit family and I never thought a hybrid would have enough power to do anything but frustrate me on those roads. I was mostly looking at v6's and turbo 4's. hybridbear Report post Posted June 8, 2013 Just turned 23 recently. Represent the Bordeaux Reserve and under 25 crowd!I'm the third member of the under 25 crowd...I just turned 24 a few weeks ago. Great idea B25Nut on the poll. I'd been thinking of doing something similar, not just about age but other demographics too because I'm curious about how the user demographics here vary from the overall demographics that Ford may publish periodically of Fusion buyers. Especially since this is the first Forum I've ever participated in and with my interest in statistics and math I'm curious about some of those things. 2 elle and corncobs reacted to this

dalesky Report post Posted June 9, 2013 You are writing too many posts :-) have you tried Dragon software maybe you can gave those old finger joints a break. :-))Ah, Dragon Software. I used to love to hate installing and help get that piece of crap product running for workers. It has improved a lot, but really, the power of the PCs today have a lot to do with it. Even Microsoft has a pretty decent version built into Office.
djminfll Report post Posted June 10, 2013 Funny that this topic was posted on June 6th - that was actually my birthday, I turned 57 (do the math - that makes my birthday 6-6-6!). I usually feel closer to 27, but I know that's just a fantasy!
