keithsm2 Report post Posted April 28, 2013 I thought there was an option to replace leaves. With real numbers over recent history. I just can't seem to find it. I can navigate the rest pretty well. Over 41 mpg for first 70 miles. And wife drove 15 of that. I'm happy
terryb Report post Posted April 29, 2013 I'm pulling this from my memory from January, but, I recall:Press the left arrow on the right side steering wheel padThat will back you up one level from which you can see other choices like entertainment and navUse up or down to choose a new display and then right arrow to go into it.I think there is an OK required, but you'll figure it out from here.Good luck. acdii Report post Posted April 29, 2013 I think you are referring to the 10-12 dashboard display, the leaves on the 13 cant be changed to a graph. There are only 4 options on the right side, Nav, Entertainment, Phone and Leaves. Non Hybrids have Climate, which I find to be better than leaves as you can control temp and fan speed. Much more useful than some goofy leaves that are distracting, at least in mine they were, they kept dying, it was fun watching them wilt and fall off for a while, then I got sad cause that meant so did the MPG! :)
keithsm2 Report post Posted April 29, 2013 Ok thanks. Next question. Did I lose the hard drive too. I don't see a way to record music to a hard drive for storage.

LASooner Report post Posted April 29, 2013 It's better to use a flash drive anyway, solid state flash drives are less prone to failure and easy to upgrade as they get bigger and cheaper.
keithsm2 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Isn't the iPod solid state ? Now I have to figure out how to go from I tunes to a flash drive. ?.
acdii Report post Posted April 30, 2013 if you have an ipod, just plug it in. I have one in my 10, too bad there is only one USB port though, would make it easier to plug in my iphone too.

The 10 should have a hidden USB port in the center console. I've heard people use it and it works just like the one that's accessible. The '13 just puts both ports in the same spot. Did you try a USB hub? :)
acdii Report post Posted April 30, 2013 It does, but its a pain trying to find the right cable or an adapter. The modules is in the console and can be reached by removing the rear panel, and it has a small USB port, but finding a cable with that plug and the standard USB port is difficult. Need a male to male adapter for it. I did try a hub, didnt work.
neod192 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Try a powered hub - do you have a 110V outlet to plug it in? Now we're adding a whole bunch of wires/cables to your car :-p
acdii Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Did that too, it doesnt recognize the hub for some reason.
