Just checked my dealers site and they appear to have one in stock very similar to the one i ordered.....Minus the floor mats.......AND Cheaper than what i was quoted.......Whats the special going on right now for FFH??? its a titanium if that matters.

You can check the incentives on the ford.com page. I think its around $500, but it varies. If all it is missing are the floor mats, you would be better off getting that, from what I heard the floor mats are cheap, better off getting the Husky or Weathertec

Maybe the price listed online already includes the $500? Is the online price less than your price - $500? Does the online price include the destination, gas and advertising fee? My guess is they don't list those to attract more people and get them through the door.

I just build that car and with X-Plan it comes to $32,788, so after the $500 incentive it's $32,788.

 

The price listed is $330 lower, so it could be based on the old price (the MSRP for the moonroof was $895 instead of $995 and the White Platinum was $495 instead of $595). The sticker and car's MSRP show the new, higher prices.

 

Either way, that's a good deal on that car :)

A lot of dealers do that for some reason. Every HyTi listed has someones name on the sticker.

 

Oh, edit, It could be the person who ordered couldnt wait for it, Hint Jeff, hint me, but the order still went through.

Of course, that's what I did earlier - saw the VIN on your screenshot. Here's the link to the window sticker. Etis shows that it was built on 3/27. Can't get the order date.

If it's ordered for someone and they haven't cancelled the order it shouldn't show on their website. It also won't show on the Ford.com inventory search for that dealer if it's special ordered. Only inbound dealer stock shows on the Ford.com inventory search and dealers should only list their stock on their website

Sweet! Look up the VIN on Etis and check the build date. What type of buttons does it have for the sunroof: physical push buttons or touch buttons? Bush buttons are part of build 2.

 

Common sense tells us 2 is better, because they fixed many issues identified with build 1.

 

While you're looking it up in Etis, see if there are any recalls/service items on it. Make sure it has the energy flow on MFT - that will tell you if it has the most updated version of MFT - 3.5.1.

 

Umm, I looked at your original post again - since it's a Hybrid Titanium, it'll be job 2 (they didn't make them until February this year), it will have the push buttons and it'll already come with MFT v 3.5.1 (with the energy flow screen).

Not my second order, it's not listed on the dealer's site nor on Ford's site... is on a rail car right now and getting to the dealer next week (will have one week to spare to arrive in under 6 months since I ordered)... I don't suppose the VIN will be listed on the dealer's site until they manually add it once confirming that I am not going to buy it since the SE Hybrid is just fine.

Just checked cars.com and order #2 not listed on there... however yet another carbon copy of order #1 (my current SE Hybrid) on there as inbound, same MSRP total including having both premium and all-weather mats, which all suck since they don't cover the driver's foot area properly.

Agree completely. We bought the rubber floor mats for winter to swap out with the carpet ones for summer and we're disappointed that the driver's mats hardly protect anything :(

Left side, on the bottom line under the list of options... I 'think' (but just a guess based on reading posts only) that the name shows up when the order was placed with x-plan -- however that could be total bunk and may instead be something else with how the dealer places the order... but that's my guess (so others don't slam me) on why the customer's name sometimes shows up.

Hello everyone, so this is my first post. I have been trolling the site for about 2 weeks now. Only reading for hours on end, I must say I am very excited to get the new FFH. I have only now just stumbled across this post, and I am now a bit worried. I think that I have totally lucked out to find out my dealer just happened to have almost exactly what I would have ordered. That was 12 days ago, after reading all the replies for this topic, I am worried this car actually belongs to someone else. The car is not posted on the dealer website, but I have a copy of the window sticker... Scheduled delivery was today. Should I be worried?
