Ford.com... No chat?

I recently notice that the chat link on ford.com is not showing anymore when I click on "build & Price". I've been trying to start a chat session to find latest status on my HyTi build, but nothing comes up. I know they can start a chat on you, as I've been navigating the site and the chat windows pops up. But I can't start it. Is anybody else having the same experience? :sos:

Clear your cache. The chat window comes up a couple times and will stop after a few clicks on the no. It's built into the website, and not coming directly from Ford, but when you click yes, then an IM is sent to the first available operator. From what I can tell you are chatting with a real rep and not a computer generated response system. I hate those.

It's only available M-F during their business hours (not sure what those are). Last week it's been popping up less frequent, but I was able to initiate chat sessions.

If you have a facebook account, you can ask them on their Ford page. They usually respond in a day or so.

Yes, they have access to high level order status, like VIN, ETA etc.

They'll probably get hit good now, but I actually found mine via Twitter

using @FordService. Gave ETA, but they won't tell you the railcar location

(don't want anybody hijacking your car, do you?).

Then they ask you to delete the Tweet with your VIN. But told me

my ETA is 04/12. So I can alert the dealer to lookout for it.
