Welcome. Are you planning on buying a FFH? I see your current car is a BMW. I'm a former Mercedes driver myself but switched over to the FFH.

We have a good group and have covered a lot of ground since the '13 FFH's were launched.

The Owner's Manual is a good resource but when things just don't make sense or explanations are needed you're likely to find some help here.

We use a lot of abbreviated terms so don't be afraid to ask if you don't understand something, there are no stupid questions on this Forum.

Is there a forum that shows all of the recent builds are getting good mpg or is this what the perception is? We need a forum with the build dates and the mpg of the cars from those build dates. There is probably already one and I'm too lazy to look for it. :boring:

Not sure about that, the trick would be to compile a list of owners who are not seeing anything like the rest are, finding out what their daily drive consists of, where they live and what the average temps are during their drives, and getting the build date.

 

From what I have seen so far, the majority of complaints are those who drive short trips in cold weather. I haven't seen or heard of anyone that has had issues like mine did with the plug fouling, but there were a few who did take long road trips using the Ecocruise and kept it under 65 and barely touched 38 MPG, those who did all seemed to have cars built the last week of October.
