bbf2530 Report post Posted January 3, 2009 New 2009 Fusion owner here. Got my car, which answers my phone, holds 6 CD's, plays MP3's, has satellite radio, and all kinds of other fancy stuff. BUT, my first night time drive exposed the fact I don't have auto lights, either. It's an SE, and there's no "bump" on the dash for the sensor (my 2003 F-250 has the "bump" and auto lights, too). So, as was asked before, are we "bumpless" Fusion owners out of luck for auto lights? Asked a service rep where I bought the car, who promptly said ask the other guy. Consequentially, I still didn't get an answer yet. Hi bighamsport. :D Unfortunately, yes. The Auto On/Off feature is only available on the SEL. If you do not already have automatic headlights it would be cost prohibitive (in my opinion) to install the switch, wiring and sensors needed to enable the feature. Good luck. :beerchug:

Thanks!!!!

Well, if you want to spend the $$$$ then ok, but it would not be worth it. The SEL may have been the better choice, but we all learn.
lemtrout Report post Posted March 2, 2009 What about adding a compass? I have a 2006 SE with the message center cluster, but it does not show the compass in the lower left.
