Ordered a FFH in October, and it is on a train to Jessup, MD. Delivery is expected the week of 12/20 (tomorrow)- a bit odd, but we have waited this long.

 

Surprisingly, I got a little foldout brochure from Ford today that promises an extra $750 private cash off, in addition to the $500 rebate that are currently running. To be seen how it works at the dealer when I pickup my car since I ordered it earlier, but the dealer did promises I get all promotions at the time of delivery.

 

So, if anyone has yet to pickup their FFH special order, check your mailbox. If you are considering, might be worth asking for info on the car from ford.com.

 

Offer good on delivery from dealer stock by 2/3/13. Not transferable out of household.

Lucky for you... I requested one, got a brochure without a coupon, guess I'm in someone's CRM DB as "gonna buy anyway, don't bother"

Make sure your dealer checks Vincent. Your 750 coupon just may be in the system.

i never got my brochere.... i also just picked up my fusion last week and only had the 500 rebate available.

I received the $500 rebate @ time of delivery.

The non-hybrid has a $1000 rebate.

There should be a tax incentive for purchasing hybrids.

Still, very happy with our new FFH.

I've seen reference to Vincent. Can somebody give me a little info. on that system please?

I got info. on my railcar today and so far have not been able to find a workable trace for an ETTX 903497 railcar. Any help in that area?

Here's how to track your ETTX railcar.

 

1. Call CSX at 1-800-235-2352

2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.

3. When prompted for the car initials, say ETTX then wait for the next prompt. OR key in 32-81-81-92 (for ETTX)(letter and position on your phone)

4. When prompted for the car number, say or key in your 6-digit ETTX car number

5. When prompted for next car say DONE.

 

The Vincent system is a Ford operated system. It has all updated info on rebates and the like. You cannot get into it. Your dealer will check. Becareful that they enter your name EXACTLY as it is on your drivers license.

 

I was sitting here watching the news this AM - so I called for you. Your car at 5:50 PM on 12/19 was at Nogales - Sonora, MX. Right on the border with Arizona. It's on the move. :runaway:

I found that it was easy this time, last night they had no sign of that car or a schedule of it coming into their system.

The coupon tells the dealer to claim in Vincent as noted above. Dealer is to use #33938 and the customer ID, which is printed on the card. Will be testing the coupon tonight, when I pick up the car.

Just got back from the dealership witht the new car. They punched in the coupon code, and it found my entry, but said "benefit $0", so no dice today. The dealer was puzzled and said that they would fix with Ford during normal business hours, and that we would get a check directly from Ford. We'll see.

I brought this same $750 private cash certificate in when i ordered my new ffh this week and the salesman called some Ford program people about it and they told him it was not eligible for the hybrid model. It did not state anywhere in the fine print that ffh was excluded, although other models were excluded. Ive still got it and im going to call Ford about it myself, but has anyone else heard that? Btw, I'm new here.

If it's the same one I got, your dealer is wrong. My coupon was accepted by Ford for a hybrid. Did he actually check the Vincent system by entering your name?

Checkout post 14 - it has the coupon code your dealer should. This is pretty basic stuff.

I requested one on 11/26 and received it 12/10, but it did not contain a $750 offer.

Hello Everyone,

New to the forums here!

 

I recently received this Ford Fusion + Hybrid mailing in the mail, and it included the "$750 PRIVATE CASH* JUST FOR YOU." I read all of the * fine print, and although it has many "exclusions" it does NOT mention anything about excluding the Fusion Hybrid.

 

I went to the dealer today to check out the new Ford Fusion Hybrid, test drove, and started working up my bill. He checked VINCENT and found my certificate, however, it is saying $0 like someone else mentioned.

 

Is this a mistake on Ford's part? If not, I'd say its pretty bad false advertising on their end. The entire mailing is about the Ford Fusion as well as the Hybrid.

 

I'll inquire again about this when I go back on Monday to finalize everything.

 

I've scanned it in for those who may want to see what the fine print actually says :) See attached!
