Because my SE Hybrid order was going to take about 12 weeks with shipping (which could add even more with the glut of moves to/from FRAP), and so with waiting another 4-6 weeks I could get a better model. I had a 2005 Prius that had the intelligent access and push-button start, hated that my 2010 FFH didn't have it... so with the chance to have those again, I'll take it -- along with the other small niceties that come with the Titanium.
