jefffree Report post Posted November 25, 2010 2011 FFH ... Costco sells a "Wipe 'N Clear" biodegradable lens wipe described for eyeglasses and other optical devices. I've found it an excellent cleaner for my iPhone and car windows. Curious what you think about using it to clean the nav display with dust and fingerprints. Second thought: has anyone applied a screen protector ala' iPhone, iPad to their nav display? Appreciate your comments on either or both ideas. Happy Greening - Jeff

Happy Greening - Jeff I got one of those soft eye glasses cleaning cloths from my eye doctor that I use, they even come in different colors and patterns.... My Nav screen is a fingerprint magnet, I keep the lens cloth folded up in that little open compartment below the climate control buttons so it's alway handy, does a great job of cleaning the screen without using any liquids, been using the same cloth almost daily now for 6 months... color i picked even matches the car so you don't even notice it there.... I've been using those microfiber cloths for years. Both Infiniti and Cadillac recommend them for their displays; same with HDTV monitor makers. Magnet is an understatement ... almost like it has its own little cyclotron behind the display. Turns out that Zagg makes display protectors for a number of car makers. I sent them the display dimensions and they're supposed to be getting back to me with a quote. Happy Motoring!
drolds1 Report post Posted November 30, 2010 The MKZ comes with a cloth for the screen. The Lincoln star is on one side.
