New Ford Owner Needs help with Nav

Hello,

 

I am a proud new owner of a 2007 SEL V6 AWD. My fusion did not come with sync ( I know epic fail) so I am looking for the best alternative in dash unit! Does anyone have a good recommendation for an in dash navi, dvd, bluetooth, ipod player?

I am not sure if this will be compatible with my model, speakers, amp, etc. However it does look like the best deal I found so far to keep my wheel controls. What do you guys think?

Personally, if I were getting a new head unit, I would get a brand name system. Pioneer & Kenwwood always served me well. There is a kit that you can buy for something like $80 that allows you to use the steering wheel controls with an aftermarket system. I don't know who makes that Ebay system, or the quality of the system.
