Hi headviking. :D What does your Remote Start User Guide state? All information I have seen states that this is not an owner programmable feature. You must have it reprogrammed at the Dealer or shop that performed the install. Also, all information I have seen states that the default setting is 10 minutes, so you probably should schedule a Service visit to see what the story is with your system.
