The AC randomly turns on and off, as well as the recycle air button. So I'm looking to replace it to fix the problem. I think it's the buttons themselves. bbf2530 Report post Posted December 9, 2009 (edited) Hi guys. :D Unfortunately, it is not anywhere near as simple as replacing the HVAC head unit. You would also need to install the interior and exterior temperature sensors, wiring harnesses, have the system reprogrammed, etc. etc.. And that is only what comes immediately to mind.
