jameswatt Report post Posted November 27, 2009 Wow - thanks - below is link of one - didn't know existed - I'll try to find Fuse with power tap Just make sure you don't plug into anything super important. Had one of these go bad on me and it was on the ABS or something (can't remember now). Now I put them on things like my Wiper Blades.

81Bronk36 Report post Posted February 1, 2010 I realize this is kinda old but I just did this on Saturday 3 hours after buying my Fusion. There is a 7.5A fuze that is marked spare. Its a 12VS terminal. For the application I am using it for, this is what I wanted (kids DVD players) I used the jumper plug like suggested, put a 10A in one and a 7.5 in the other. I ran into a problem installing the cover to the fuze panel so I drilled a 1 1/4" hole in the top where it would have just the jumper exposed. Iran the wire over the pedals and behind the center console side panel by just removing 2 screws and moving the seat back and forth to gain better access. Then I removed the back panel on the center console using a screwdriver, figured out where the plugs would hit the sync computer thats behind there, and then drilled 2 7/8" holes with a hole saw. Installed the plug, wired the ground to the back screw on the center console side and popped the back panel back in.
