brians Report post Posted October 2, 2009 Waiting for the splash guards to come out. I think they will be black only, not color matched. :( If someone sees or knows for sure they are available, please post to the forum. thanks, Brian

I like the black because the black tires hide them when looking at the car from the rear.
HarleyJoel Report post Posted October 5, 2009 Splash guards will slightly cut down the fuel economy as will adding window rain guards/deflectors.
wnyvet Report post Posted October 6, 2009 Splash guards will slightly cut down the fuel economy as will adding window rain guards/deflectors. Soon as splashguards are finally available, I'll slap 'em on and find out. Could be wrong, but my guess is that it won't make enough of an impact to matter. I'm currently at 43.2 mpg, so could spare a mpg. If it's too severe of an impact, can always just remove them.
brians Report post Posted October 20, 2009 The Ford Accessories web page no longer shows any splash guards, so maybe they are updating the site with the 2010 model.
