mwr Report post Posted February 6 I've had my 2017 FFH for a bit over 6 months and it's always connected automatically to my Samsung S22 phone. But today it didn't. I pressed "Connect" on the screen and it connected, one time. Then after I started the car again it wouldn't connect by pressing "Connect". I tried many times. Any ideas? You'll have to play around with the settings. I can't remember the exact setting but there's a way to 'favorite' the device. Once you do that, it'll automatically connect to it first. If it has stopped connecting, try to remove the device and reconnect. Software always has bugs 🙂 You could check to see if your console is running the latest software. If not, it's a good idea to update it. https://www.ford.com/support/sync-maps-updates/
Waldo Report post Posted February 6 Sometimes where you put the phone or what's near it can interfere with the signals. Mine sometimes has trouble when it's in the same pocket as my work ID badge or other things with RFID chips.
mwr Report post Posted February 6 I looked at the phone's settings and found that Bluetooth was turned off. I have no idea how that happened. Turning Bluetooth back on fixed the problem.
Cobra348 Report post Posted February 7 A recent Sync update bricked my bluetooth. I had to delete the phone from the car, delete the car from the phone and go thru the pairing again. Royal PITA
